  1. Would like to see ticket purchasers and guests all in one spot. Currently, you can only see a list of ticket purchasers and the number of tickets they've purchased and then the "guests" of these ticket purchasers are in another area (guest list). Would be great to see the guests underneath the ticket purchaser, similar to how the campaign invitee list formats guests/household members (you have the invitee and then below them & to the right will list their guests or household profiles with their email info, all in one spot).

  2. We were discussing a future campaign and looking at how it looks on our website when people register for tickets. It would be a great idea to be able to have more than one picture on the website. For example, the first page with the campaign information would have one picture, the tickets page would have another, and the thank you page could have a third. We also would like to be able to size our pictures appropriately instead of just using a small square picture. The main page would ideally have a long header type picture, for example.

    3/5/2025:: In a campaign on the Ticket report, accessible from the Tickets tab, has been upgraded to a custom report. This update provides the ability to filter and export the report for enhanced flexibility and analysis. "To Assign" column has been added to the Ticket report. This new column allows users to quickly view the number of tickets that are yet to be assigned, streamlining the ticket management process. When selecting the Ticket Report, users will see a Resend Guest Link option in the left hand menu. This is a bulk action and will allow the ability to resend the Guest Link. Campaigns: The TypeID is now displayed in the Request table, providing more granular visibility into request data. A Short Name field has been added to requests. This short name will appear next to the request response in the report, providing an abbreviated version of the request name…

  4. Currently, profiles can be invited to a campaign in mass but RSVP and attendance must be set profile-by-profile which is a significant time commitment.

  5. When a donation is entered into the system, it would be helpful if any campaigns or opportunities associated with that profile were displayed, so that the gift can be properly credited. There could be an alert that displays as soon as the profile is chosen, if the profile is connected to a campaign or opportunity. This would be a big help when tracking the success of a mailing campaign, for instance.

    1/30/2025: Donations: Open campaigns and opportunities now display at the top of the create donation screen if the profile selected is listed in the campaign or associated with the opportunity. Selecting Link, will add the campaign or opportunity to the donation record.
