An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Barb Owens commentedYes, it would be nice if emails regarding decisions could be mailed out automatically. Unfortunately, none of the email templates allow merge functionality--at least to my knowledge! I'm currently using merge documents to capture the information I want in the approve or decline emails, but I then have to cut and paste into individual emails with no template. Not optimal, but it works for now.

We don't have an issue with it because if a grantee does not submit a follow-up, they remain in limbo until it is submitted! They cannot apply for another grant until all follow-ups for their last grant are complete. It helps us to have them remain in draft for our information.

An error occurred while saving the comment Barb Owens commentedWe, too, have our Executive Director and/or Grants Manager review our one current follow-up, which is a final grant report. They can both view it and make comments, which has worked so far. However, I can think of times when an evaluation process would be helpful--both for our grant report follow-up and others that could be added in the future.
It certainly does! Not my favorite thing to do, believe me.
