    This really needs to be fixed. Being on the phone with donors who are already frustrated and telling them to wait while you log back in is absolutely ridiculous. It is poor customer service on your part that this has not been updated, especially given how many of us are truly irritated every single time this is required.

    It should NOT require two staff members to provide logon access to new fund advisors.
