email - integration with Outlook

Emailing right from a profile. It would be helpful to be able to click on an email in a profile and have it populate directly into outlook.

    This is becoming more important to use all the time. A rich-text or HTML capabilities for templating various communications would be HUGE

    Can currently copy profile ID for profiles in Little Green Light when sending emails out of Outlook and the email will automatically attach to the profile as a note. Big step backwards for them to have to manually copy and paste or attach emails to profiles in CommuintySuite.
    Would really like to have an Outlook plugin that would allow them to sync emails into CommunitySuite.

    Having network emails sync with Foundant will automatically create a communication log and help with tracking.

    OR - create a BCC option in Outlook that will automatically convert the Outlook email to a Note in CSuite posted to a Profile with a matching email address. This is an option for Salesforce users which works very well. It also allows more functionality for the email, including HTML formatting and sending attachments.
