In order to use SmartSimple for contracts, they need the ability to red-line terms and track the changes of the redlines by all of the parties involved in the red-lining process. This would include the ability to accept/reject changes, add comments, and once a final version is agreed upon, lock in the final version to be included in the signed copy. How SmartSimple shows field-level changes would be very cumbersome for someone to easily see what changes were made and there isn't the ability to accept/decline the change.

Can currently copy profile ID for profiles in Little Green Light when sending emails out of Outlook and the email will automatically attach to the profile as a note. Big step backwards for them to have to manually copy and paste or attach emails to profiles in CommuintySuite.
Would really like to have an Outlook plugin that would allow them to sync emails into CommunitySuite. -

Need the ability for grantees to upload a video into GLM. Do not want to upload to YouTube and share the link because if the video is removed from YouTube the foundation loses the recording.

A client I am working with in the sales process would really like to have Follow Up Evaluations as their committee evaluates the progress of multi-year grants against their goals prior to completing a site visit, which is ultimately used to determine if they will continue funding the grant project.

This organization corresponds with their applicants utilizing Gmail. Getting those conversations into SmartSimple in an efficient way is really important for them so they don't lose these conversations in their inbox and so that others within their organization can easily see all correspondence within SmartSimple is incredibly important without having to copy and paste.
