That would be my second choice. The Search Requests and Decisions function wil display results, but the back button takes user back to the search terms, not to the search results. So user has to run search again to see the prior results. That's ok, but it is an extra step. My first choice would be two buttons on the Org Search page after results are delivered: Back to Search Results and New Search.
