Is there a plan to capture email replies from a system generated email in email history for an organization?

I also would like to see all replies to an email thread initiated from Foundant as part of the organization's communication history / record vs. having to capture the replies in Outlook and save into the organization's documents as an attachment / conversation.

This is a huge challenge for me as well. I would like to see a way to forward or save an applicants response email within their email history. Even better would be for a copy of the response email to go directly to the applicants email history and a copy go to my daily email, Outlook!

I know this comment is from 2 years ago but this has been a huge challenge for us as well. I would love to see the email history capture the entire conversation. Even if there was a way for us to add incoming emails manually to the email history so they all lived in the same space, rather than having one half of the conversation on one tab and the other half in history. We've tried getting around this by copy and pasting the reply in our reply back to the applicant, but even this is not ideal as the copy and past won't save the formatting so it ends up looking like a really sloppy email.

This would be so useful and a huge time saver for me. Having the question in the history but not the response doesn't make sense. I have to manually copy in each answer as a comment.
