Grant history list should stay in the same order. A donor complained that he went to grant history and clicked copy to make new recommendations. Each time he went back to the grant history list (sorted by date), the order of the recipient organizations changed. Donor wants them to stay in the same order (by date) so that it's not confusing to which organizations he just made recommendations.

I agree that it is super important to have recurring grants be automatically transferred to the grant bucket, or at the very least, a notice should be sent that a recurring grant is due. If we want to make it easy for donors to give recurring grants, it should be easy for us to process them. If we don't catch them on time, it makes us look bad in the eyes of the donor.
