Allow edits to password reset email for fund advisor portal
Allow password reset email to be customized within the content section similar to the other email notifications.

Grant history list should stay in the same order. A donor complained that he went to grant history and clicked copy to make new recommendations. Each time he went back to the grant history list (sorted by date), the order of the recipient organizations changed. Donor wants them to stay in the same order (by date) so that it's not confusing to which organizations he just made recommendations.

The ability to at least list a contact is critical, editing other aspects of the email is not necessarily critical but I would classify as Important.

Need to be able to give a name, email or phone number for someone to call.

I think this is critical. You should be able to edit emails that are sent out. Especially when the canned email is confusing.
