Good usability suggestions, the only item not under consideration is the last one with the ability to leverage a user's SQL

We see this as a usability improvement opportunity and will monitor interest to determine if the priority becomes higher.

It is possible to do it in the list, but not yet on the form. We will monitor interest to determine if the priority rises for future consideration.

We will consider a way to differentiate and enable/disable the user. We will monitor interest for future consideration.

Yes! I was also thinking how helpful it would be to be able to ask through an AI agent how to troubleshoot something I'm having difficulty with in identifying why something isn't working or showing up in my configuration.

Thanks for the follow-up. Happy to share more detail on the use case.
In SmartSimple (e.g., our Grant Manager page where we view application/report/activity records in a list/grid), we often need to select large sets of records to take bulk actions such as Award, Batch Update, Assign/Route, Change Status, or other mass updates.
When selecting records (especially across multiple pages), there is no visible indicator showing the total number of records currently selected. This creates extra steps and uncertainty when we’re trying to confirm we’ve selected the correct population before applying an action.
Example scenario (Awarding / mass updates):
We may be awarding 200+ applications or batch-updating a specific cohort (e.g., “Approved – Ready to Award”).
We select records using checkboxes.
Before proceeding with a bulk action, we need to validate: “Did I select exactly the records I intended?”
Because SmartSimple doesn’t show a count (e.g., “Selected: 187”), we have to manually sanity-check by scrolling, visually counting, re-checking page-by-page, or exporting/filtering to verify, which slows the workflow and increases the risk of applying an action to the wrong number of records.
