Access Code Issues
I utilize both public and restricted processes. It would be nice if the restricted applications could be viewed on the "Apply" page just like the public ones, but prompt for the access code when selected.
This would ease the confusion of those specifically looking for a certain application and completely overlooking the "Enter Access Code" box available to them - even with the best of instructions (screen shots and all), I still have applicants overlook the access code and begin completing the wrong application.

Categorize Reports
It would be wonderful if we could have the capability to categorize reports underneath headings. Example - Board Reports and then list applicable reports; Monthly Reports - then list applicable reports, etc.

Charity Check summary report
Our general counsel has a question regarding the eligibility of one of our applicants. I need to provide the Charity Check (CC) report that I ran on the applicant a couple of months ago. When I access the CC log and click the "eye" icon to view the CC, a pop-up of the CC is provided, with its three tabs. I'd like a button in that pop-up (and all other places in GLM where a CC is displayed with the tabs) that will generate a summary .pdf report of that CC, that includes the date and time the CC was…

On the Application Evaluation Assigned
my evaluators would like to be able to sort by last name within each process. Currently, it appears you can only sort by last name within all assigned applications.

Add form name to question list document for follow ups
When I press the Question List button from a follow up form to create a pdf of the form's questions, the form name doesn't appear anywhere on the pdf. It's got the process name, and the word FollowUp, but not the actual name of the follow up form. It would be super helpful to have that included, so there's no question which document I'm looking at.

defining - internal users for follow-up process
Our team would love to see an update on the user(s) definition for "internal" forms access and rights to access/view Internal information specifically reviewers. We have 2 types of reviewers: internal and external peer reviewers. in some cases a reviewer can become an applicant/awardee, their view access to internal forms and information becomes an issue at the point they become an awardee and they no longer have that "applicant view" as their primary home screen.

Saving Print Packets into Shared Documents
It would be great to be able to upload applications, final grant report forms, etc.. directly to shared documents. Presently, you have to create the print packet, save it to your computer, then go to Shared documents and upload that file. Wish we could do that directly from Foundant without all those steps.

Sub Org's
We have several grantees that operate under one 501(c)3 but have many entities that all operate very autonomously. We would like a way to group them together or link them in Foundant. Listing all the entities separately, but acknowledging that they are all parts of a greater whole. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Are there plans to add the evaluator as a merge field in email templates. We would like to send an email out to applicants who their evaluator is for the current request.

Reordering archived processes
I want to be able to organize archived processes like I can available, active processes. We have so many different processes that are copied over from year to year that the list gets very long and it'd be nice to organize it by process rather than whatever random order in which the process gets archived.

email merge fields
In the email that I send announcing that an applicant's grant request has been approved, I'd like to show them the address the check will be sent to once their grant agreement has been received, and encourage them to update the addressing info if it is incorrect. It would be great if you could expand the email merge fields to include physical mailing address info, including suffix and business title.

Assign follow up forms from payment tracker
I would like to be able to assign follow ups from the payment tracker screen. Its helpful to be able to add payments there, but with each payment we assign a minimum of one follow up as a part of our workflow. It would be great to do this from one screen instead of adding the payment and follow up from the request summary page.

Instead of upload file type(s) allowed, change to what is not allowed
Make the upload file types not allowed instead of allowed. The only file type we do not allow is zip files because they do not convert in packets. It would much easier to exclude only zip files instead of listing all of the file types allowed.

Preview mode warning
When applicants are in preview mode, the warning by each question when they enter data should make clear that it will not be saved. Some applicants do not understand that Preview mode does not link to actual application fields.

In the Application Evaluations Closed list, the batch denial pop up (that has decision date and comments) should have a button/option for saving draft denials.

Search for keywords
It would be so very helpful if there could be a Google Search-like function across all applications. (Or, all "awarded" grants, all "denied" grants, etc.) For example, I might like to know if we've awarded any applications dealing with the opioid crisis. Ideally, I could search the word "opioid," and any application containing that word would show up.

changing fields reports
Perhaps I am using reports incorrectly, but whenever I need to edit the fields included in a report, it wipes out all the settings for aggregation, sorting, paginating, charts, etc. Is there a way to keep those settings while Choosing Fields? Thanks!

Third party response: the evaluation team
In our Scholarship process, we collect transcripts using the 3rd party feature _ awesome. We also collect additional information from the guidance counselor about award nights and things we need to know internally. might there be a way to allow us to choose if this should be shared with our evaluation team?
Also, we still have a lot of students who do not get the 3rd party... when you 3rd party question goes to the teacher.. .could it auto-generate an email back to the applicant state "you sent xyz.com a 3rd party request ... this is how you will know…1 voteThanks for your time in the idea lab.

Grants Manager role access for our giving circles
If possible I would love for there to be an easier way to assign our grants managers to only specific processes. As of now, we are having to go to all 40 open processes that may have open follow-ups and unclick the grants managers from all processes. It would save a lot of time if when we made the profile for the grants managers that it provided us with an option to only select the individual processes that we want them assigned too.
Also, if we were able to prevent them from seeing any reporting that we have previously done…

Unique Request ID on Applications
It would be useful to be able to display/generate the unique request id on application forms. This id is available on reports, but it would be helpful if there was a simple mechanism to provide it to applicants for the sake of referencing their application.
