"Show Contact Info" setting
The name and description of the “Show Contact Info” setting (found in the Process Summary section of in the Process Manager) is misleading. From what I read, I thought unchecking it would remove the contact information (address, email, phone, EIN, etc.) from the top of an application -- I didn’t think it would take away the organization/applicant names from the evaluators' dashboards. That makes it difficult for evaluators to work through their list of applications. It would be more helpful to have this called something like “Show Applicant/Organization Name” and have the description talk about keeping the applicants anonymous.

Organization Merge Page Sort and Ignore Bucket
More sort options on the Org merge page would be helpful. Also a different bucket for merge candidates that will always be ignored they are tracked separately - university departments, Red Cross Chapters, etc. - would be really helpful. I'd still want a way to merge in the future if needed, but just the ability to hide those for now.

Revised Date for Email Templates
It would be helpful to have a revised date column on the email templates list so it's easy to see which have been recently used/updated, particularly when making a common change to all currently used templates.

Draft Workload Pages - "Last Opened" Custom Column
I appreciate seeing the due date on these pages, but it would be so helpful to see the last time the applicant opened or worked on their application or follow-ups. If I could see this at a glance it would prevent me from having to open every document to see if they are progressing with the form or need a nudge.

A Way to Track Repeat Applicants
We have about 150 applications a year, and I'd love to know how many are repeat applicants. We've had the GLM platform since 2012, so we have lots of data.
I see value in understanding how frequently organizations and individuals apply for grants, and how that may correlate with the number and amount of grants they have received. This would also help me quickly understand which and how many are first-time grant applicants, which is currently self-reported, but because of organization applicant turnover, can be erroneous.3 votes -
Multiple Request Warning Message
We like the idea behind the multiple requests warning message, but when viewing how it actually works, we're concerned applicants may get confused seeing the entire grant history for the process they're applying in.
It would be SUPER helpful for us if the warning message was geared around multiple DRAFT applications in a process. They could click the existing draft application from the pop-up warning to prevent duplicates.

Password Reset - Redirect as logged in after Reset
When a user forgets their password, they click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. They enter their email address, and receive a reset email. They follow the link in the email to create a new password. At this point, they have to log in again with the new password.

Alphabetize Organization Contacts / Users in Assignment Dropdowns (by Last Name)
It would be super-useful if you could sort the users by last name, especially in the user assignment drop-downs (e.g. for reassigning requests, assigning follow-ups, etc.). One of the organizations we work with currently has over 40 users, and I anticipate we'll be adding more as time goes on. With that long of a list, it gets very cumbersome to find the right person (or, in my case this morning, someone from the org who didn't have a login is taking over the request, and I spent about five minutes going through the user drop-down before I realized the person…

Third Party Dashboard Cleanup
There needs to be a way to clean-up third-party dashboards. This is our third year using the program for scholarships and our counselors' dashboards are overwhelmed with current and old requests going back to when we started using the program. Applications that were abandoned still show up and there does not appear to be a way for them to clearly differentiate between active and abandoned requests without clicking on them.

Easily move applications from one process to another
If an applicant applies for a graduate (someday wants to be a doctor) but is 18 and really applying for an undergraduate, it would be great to have a quick easy way to move from one process to another.

When I have a process selected and then proxy as an evaluator, those settings affect what I see as that evaluator. For example: I had a process selected. At one point I needed to proxy in as an evaluator for a different process. When I did so, none of their pending evaluations showed up on the dashboard, because their pending evaluations (they had 10) were not part of the selected process. When I went back (as me) and deselected the process I had selected and proxied in as the evaluator again, all of their pending evaluations showed up again. To…

Show Organization details in Merge Organization
It would be helpful to be able to see the Organization details side by side when I'm merging Organizations, so I can easily tell which one it is that I want to keep. As it is now, if the duplicate Organization records have the exact same name, I have to go in and edit the name of the one I want to discard so I can tell which one it is.
Even better, I'd be allowed to select which answer to each of the questions I want to keep for the new record, i.e. the address from record 1, but…

Red Checks for Evaluations
It would be helpful if a person selects no on a evaluation consideration (Committee Approval) the check marks that are green to show they completed the evaluation would be red if they completed it, and voted against it. Currently you have to review each persons evaluations which can be time consuming.

Print Organization Packet
Currently, when generating the Print Organization Packet, we can see a history of grants awarded that shows only the Total Amount of the grant awarded, and not how the installments were paid. Our program staff would like to be able to see a listing of grants awarded for a specific organization as well as a breakdown of each payment amount and payment dates. Hopefully you'll consider this because the alternative is to create a custom report, but that means sifting through all of our historical data before being able to narrow it down to one specific organization. Populate Information when Using the Browser Back Button.
When I use the Search by Requests & Decisions feature and enter the criteria to narrow my search by, I am presented with a list of grants matching that criteria. Yay. But if I click on a grantee and make any changes, then hit my BACK button in my browser, instead of going back to the list of grants I searched for, I'm presented with a blank Search by Requests & Decisions page that just shows the criteria I entered to search by. Not Applicable or Other Option
It would be nice to be able to include a 'Not Applicable' option to text or upload fields. I don't want to make uploading an IRS document optional because it's important we obtain this from most of our applicants, but there are a few exceptions that would not have anything to attach.

Fiscal Year
We give to organizations all year long, but would like to be able to tailor the schedule based on the receiving organization's fiscal year. If there is current no field to store this information about the organization (I couldn't find it), can one be created so we can schedule grants more effectively? I know fiscal year is available via Charity Navigator, but I'm not sure it's available elsewhere.
