  1. I like the tab view for requests, with the lower application and approval tabs side by side. But I've been mystified a few times when trying to edit a field answer... apparently you can't edit an answer unless you first go to the Request tab and press "view" on the Application or Decision (unnecessarily complicating the process). I think the Edit button for each field answer should be available to administrators at all times. It's not like it's easy to accidentally push...

  2. Currency Field Formatting - Please format the currency field to reflect a uniform currency format, so instead of 9876, both the admin and the applicant would see $9,876.00 upon hitting enter. Thanks.

  3. After marking a follow up complete, it would be so much better if it would go back to the submitted bucket instead of staying in the follow up. Once you mark it complete or incomplete you are done, you don't need to remain in there. It would cut down on the clicks. When your doing hundreds of them those extra clicks really add up. Thanks!!

  4. The current follow-up could benefit from a review and approval section. I agree we can insert an administrative comment and in short let the grantee know this has been approved but for organizations where there is a bit of a review and approval process it would be helpful to have something built into the flow to show the approval details to the grantee, along with any suggestions/feedback to include with next deliverable. Right now the system allows for all follow-up from grantee with no shared feedback to them outside of an email. So someone not familiar with the project and…

  5. Please allow for editing the date format in email templates. Our organization would never ordinarily send letters with a date of 05/02/2018, but instead with May 2, 2018. Would like the option to format dates more formally, as exists in Excel.

  6. The email to third parties from an applicant has the link button at the very bottom of the page and "here" is highlighted. I seem to have a lot of international people that completely miss that little statement under the signature block. (Even when I state the location in the email) Can it be located more visible on the email or worded differently?

  7. Please remove case-sensitivity when entering data into email and website fields in organization records. I spend a lot of time editing these fields because of error messages prompted by uppercase letters when actual functionality isn't impacted by case in either emails or websites.

  8. We are a scholarship organization and award students for four years of their undergraduate study. When they graduate (approx. 100/year), we send them a congratulations letter and remind them that we gave them $xxx.xx of money, and when they can, to repay the amount in order for us to continue our fund and grow. On your "User Summary Page" you compile the total amount of scholarship aid that we have approved and/or paid for a given student in four years, however, it is not possible to take that total figure and merge the total $ value into our graduation letters.…

  9. Change Application hyperlink text from Edit to Start and/or Continue.

    Many of our grant applicants are confused with the use of the word "Edit" when accessing their applications. I'd prefer a switch to Start for those just beginning and/or a "Continue" if they have already begun work or only 1 word is usable for both circumstances.

  10. We have defined committees that review only the applications in a given focus area. We are going to use the Committee Name as their "organization" and would like to have the organization column show (and be sortable) in the assign evaluators popup so we don't have to match committee members one-by-one to assign the applications to that committee.

  11. We would like to send a batch email to all users. We have over 1500 users and the system allows only 200 at a time. So, we have to manually check 200 boxes eight times to send the email. Is there an easier way?

  14. I have some admin help to (add comments, upload thank you notes to shared documents, generate letters and envelops) but I don't want to give them administrative access. I don't believe there is a user id with the right access for someone helping but not granting whole system.

  15. We are a scholarship organization and have two sets of evaluators. High School Counselors evaluate student applications first. Their "side-by-side" evaluation page says, "Your Evaluation". Our Board members then review the student applications as well as the High School Counselor's evaluation. The Board members "side-by-side" evaluation page also says, "Your Evaluation" - why?
    Can you change the "side-by-side" dialog box headings for the Counselors to say "Evaluator 1" and the "side-by-side" dialog box headings for the Board members to say "Evaluator 2". It would end a lot of confusion for our Board members - in their defense, they read more…

  16. Make applications anonymous by process rather than as a system change. For foundations that only have a few scholarships, controlling the blind application status through the process would still allow for regular review of grants that are also in an open cycle.

  17. In the Status Change log, it would be very helpful if the log showed the actual name of the form regardless of where it is at in the process. Identifying them by actual type and name would allow for complete confidence with the dates submitted, which we require on our payment requests.

  18. Instead of having the authenticate page appear is it possible to have a message with a link to the system appear? The authenticate screen doesn't work and it ends up causing my staff and grantees frustration. It would be ideal if instead a page with a friendly message would appear and there would be a link to login again.

  20. It is difficult to find the current version of the Applicant Tutorial on the Help page or "Base Camp" page for us to put into our emails to potential grantees. As this is something that all Foundations need to instruct all their grantees on basic help, it should really be the first thing people see, not hidden three or four steps deep into the BaseCamp page. Please put the most frequently used instructions at the top.
