Email sent from GLM
Is there a way in GLM when sending an email to have the reply come back into the system so that it is recorded? Currently, I input my outlook email address in the "Reply To" but that does not pull into the GLM. I would like to be able to keep track of responses in a more seamless manner.

Email notification to multiple applicants
I had a partner organization reach out to ask if it was possible for their organization to receive email notification to multiple people from the system. From the sounds of it, in the GLM only the applicant of the request (or assignee of follow-ups) can receive the automatic emails generated from the system.
If it would be possible to have an option to select multiple recipients for an email to be sent from the system that would be great!

can we have a way to un send emails when we mess up?

It would be helpful to be able to build a report that demonstrates the status of an application based on email. For example, an application that has been denied, whether they have been emailed and the status of the email (ie whether they have opened it). Right now we are tracking that outside of GLM. Thanks!

Manually Add/Remove Email Address in Batch Email
It would be really helpful to be able to remove/add individual emails when using a batch email to applicants/evaluators. It is so tedious to manually type each email when you only need to exclude a handful.

It would be helpful to have different font options when creating or modifying email templates. We have noticed that when our templates are exported (or sent to applicants), the font type changes inconsistently. Some sections will be Ariel and others Segoe. It's hard to tell if the different fonts are present in GLM, but we would like the ability to highlight/ select all and then choose one font type.

auto email at grant period midpoint
Option to send auto emails at the midpoint of the grant period. No need for any reporting at that point, but we want to remind grantees to contact us if they have questions or anything has changed.

Search body of email template
I have a large number of email templates, so must frequently search for the one I need. Sometimes there's a keyword that I'm looking for that's in the body of the template, rather than in the Subject or Template Name. I would like for the Quick Search at the top of the Email Template page to search in the body of the template, as well as the Template Name and Subject.

bulk email to evaluators
It would be really nice for Grant Managers to have the option in Tools to be able to create and send group emails to their Reviewers on specific application processes. I do recognize there are areas that you can send emails to all of them but it's buried within the dashboard/application and if you picked more than one application it would send multiple emails to the reviewers. It would be nice to do it on a higher level.

Please add the ability to unsend a batch email. This feature is much more common now and widely used. Thanks!

merge fields from request
It would be great if all fields were available for email merges. Specifically, we schedule in person meetings as part of our review process, and those times are loaded into the application and evaluation so that I can display them for evaluators. I'd love to pull that field into the applicant emails. This is currently the only process email that I have to send outside of Foundant.

Allow us to pull in the "fund name" from installments into emails. This would allow us to inform the grantees of the funds funding their grants.

Email Draft Outbox
It would be amazing if there was a draft email box, that you could stage emails in until sending. I.e. Save a draft of the preview of the email.
Our Director does a final approval of the notification letters prior to sending, which we send via Email Templates in GLM. Ideally, there would be a way for the draft to be created by one user then reviewed by another, so the first user can send the email.

Email Statuses.
I was not able to find definitions for email statuses in the Support Hub. Client Services were helpful in showing me to go to Communications>Email History and hover over the question mark beside each status
Would it be possible to have the question mark/definition functional wherever an email status icon is found?
And perhaps post the definitions in the Support Hub?
It might also help to tell a bit more (see quotes):
Sent: The email was sent from the system to the email provider. "The green check mark will indicate it has been received by the email provider…

Auto-email when closing grants
My suggestion would be to be able to send an automatic email to any grantee when a grant is closed from the admin side. This would function much like an auto-email goes out when a progress report is scheduled.

Salutations for Email Templates
It would be helpful in the Update User section if there was a field for the individual's preferred greeting that could be pulled into email templates. We have had quite a few comments that the traditional salutation prefix greeting is restrictive to one's identity - as not everyone is a fan of Mx.
Additionally, many of our applicants prefer to be addressed by their first names, while others prefer the more formal Dr. Smith or Pastor Smith for example. Adding a field for a preferred greeting would allow us to use the batch email feature while still respecting individual preferences.

Control when scholarship details are viewable on student dashboards
It would great if we could control when the application status on students' dashboards are updated so they won't see their approved or denied scholarships until high school students have their awards presentations at their high schools and our notification emails have been sent (in relation to the date they are notified by their school). Currenlty, we have to decide whether to keep students in the dark well after they've been notified by their school or spilling the beans early for those students who haven't yet had their awards presentation event. It would be wonderful if the status update was…
