Email Statuses.
I was not able to find definitions for email statuses in the Support Hub. Client Services were helpful in showing me to go to Communications>Email History and hover over the question mark beside each status
Would it be possible to have the question mark/definition functional wherever an email status icon is found?
And perhaps post the definitions in the Support Hub?
It might also help to tell a bit more (see quotes):
Sent: The email was sent from the system to the email provider. "The green check mark will indicate it has been received by the email provider (although perhaps not placed into the recipient’s inbox)."
Processed: Received and handled at the email delivery provider. "The green check mark will indicate it has been received by the email provider (although perhaps not placed into the recipient’s inbox)."
Dropped: No delivery attempt was made. Several reasons can contribute to this, such as spam content or an unsubscribed recipient.
Deferred: A delivery attempt was made but was not successful. Our provider will retry for 72 hours.
Delivered: The email was accepted by the recipients email server. This does not guarantee that it was placed into the recipient’s inbox.
"Open: The email was received and opened by someone with access to the recipient’s inbox."
Error: A system error occurred while sending the email. "Please resend."
