Option to use organization's domain name in auto-email communications
It would be great if there was a way for use to use our own email domain and address for emails sent from GLM and SLM (rather than @grantinterface.com as it is today) for emails sent from the system, both automated and user generated.
We believe this would improve the professionalism of the email to have all communications come from our own domain, and allow us to standardize our communications with email recipients, and take advantage of their already having our domain identified as a safe sender.

Having a feature to automatically run a report for x amount of time (e.g. monthly) and emailed to x people (e.g. way to insert email addresses)

Email template frequently used language "chunks"
I have many email templates that are only slight variations of each other; they contain substantially the same language, with a few differences specific to the circumstances. Whenever the basic language needs an update, I have to access each template individually and make the update. I would like the ability to set up a "library" of phrases, or language "chunks", that I can insert references to in my emails, similar to how I can insert merge fields. Selecting Evaluators to Assign to processes
We have a listing of about 100 evaluators and 10 processes. When assigning evaluators to a process, I have to refer to a sheet of paper of the evaluators to assign to a process. It would be nice to have a field in the system, or on the user profile, that identifies the person as an specific Process evaluator, then that field can be added to the selection list. Or the possibility of creating an evaluator group for a specific process and assigning a group or an individual person. This would help with batch emailing evaluators also, because then I…

undo option in email templates
Doesn't anyone ever make a mistake?? Often when I go to back space/delete something, the wonky way the text formatting works inevitably messes me up and changes the font size or color. If that issue can't be remedied, an undo would be helpful!!

new application email notification
It is possible to set up an email template to send when someone starts a new application?
Basically, we want to be able to send a welcome email to someone who starts a new application, encouraging them to contact a friendly grants staffer for coaching if needed, and to have our grants outreach specialist notified when a new application is started.

Make Administrator Comments a Merge Field in Email Templates

Upload emails
It would be great to be able to upload an email directly from Outlook in the Documents tab. Currently, if there is not an attachment, but the communication in the email itself that we want saved, we have to copy and paste into a Word file and save on our computer as a document before it can be uploaded. If there is an attachment we want saved, that also has to be saved on our computer.

Accept Task button
Because our staff are so busy (like everyone!), it would be great if there was a way for staff to "accept" a task when it's assigned (we primarily use GrantHub). For example, a button/check box in the task and/or notification email that says "task accepted." Such a system would allow project managers to ensure our colleagues saw the task/email. And, if/when a task is not accepted, we would have better opportunity follow up to ensure they know their assignments.

email reports
It would be great if we could schedule reports to automatically email whenever we wanted - mostly for recurring reports we use on a regular basis, whether it's daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annually, etc...
For instance if we had a report we wanted to schedule for every Monday with new date parameters we could set it up so the system would automatically email it to ourselves, and/or others in our org or board members, without having to come into the system to run the report every time.

collaborator role
When an individual is added as a collaborator, they seem to skip the registration process? They are not tied to an organization and don't have a role assigned. I'm getting emails from people that have been collaborators and think they have access to the system but don't. I'd also like to assign follow ups to a collaborator without having to add them as a user first. Can they automatically be granted applicant status?

3rd party emails
It would be nice in SLM to be able to email everyone (at one time) that has received a 3rd party email a reminder that they have outstanding requests from an applicant.

SLM - save new batch email as a new template
Can't always know that you want something you write to be a template - but when I write a note that would be good to keep and use again, would be great to have a "save as new template" option. This exists in other software I used at a prior job and it's great.

Letters of recommendations from third parties being marked as complete
When third parties are assigned letters of recommendations for scholarship applications, sometimes they are not able to upload the letter themselves. Instead, a member of the scholarship administration team will upload the letter (which was emailed to us) on their behalf. Even when we upload the letter for them, it is still marked as incomplete from the applicants view of the application. It would be helpful if it was marked as complete if the letter was uploaded, whether or not it was uploaded by a third party.

Assign "reply to" email to the process so it can be a merge field.
For our "special handling" funds that have a dedicated "reply to" email (vs. our generic grants@), we have to create a full set of template emails for each fund. If a "reply to" email could be attached to a process and serve as a merge field, we could use one set of templates for all of our funds.

Hide Student Contact Info (not student name) in SLM
We would like to be able to show students' names to evaluators but have their contact information (mailing address, email address, phone number, etc.) hidden from evaluators.

Committee members report
I should like a report that lists the first and last name of committee member, email address, added, last edited AND THE COMMITTEE NAME, PROCESS, PROGRAM, SCHOLARSHIP NAME on one page.

Batch Upload Shared Documents to student's profile
It would be extremely helpful to batch uploaded documents to the student's shared document tab for each scholarship process. Once we upload a document- an automatically triggered email is sent to the student to review the form. For example- we need to send a form for the students in the process to complete. Once we give access to students to view the form- an automatic email or Text Message is sent to the student to review and complete the form.

SLM communicating to students
New to SLM and very happy with it. Any chance that while we email to students (who now don't check emails anymore) do we have the technology to email and/or text. I know some other software has this ability and I hope Foundant has too?
