  1. I have several scholarships that I am awaiting letters of recommendation for. Everyday I have to click the scholarship and scroll down to see if the letters of recommendation have come in for the applicant. It would be nice to have an alert letting me know when a letter has been submitted for a student. Not sure if it's possible, but just a thought. Thanks

  2. Is there an easy way to include other organization's contacts on an email message (vs. manually typing an email address)? We send messages to multiple contacts of fiscally sponsored groups.

  3. Currently, organizations are able to edit their own user information, and they are able to edit some fields of their organization information. I encounter that when there is turnover in an organization or a change in who is responsible for reporting to the Foundation that users share their log-in information and ultimately just change the information in a user profile from the previous user to themselves. While this is convenient from a user perspective, it makes our history look like that person has done all of the previous reports, submitted the application, etc, rather than alerting us to a new…

  4. We send out confirmation emails with our grant payments each month. These emails vary based on the payment schedule of the grant, but not drastically so. It would be wonderful if I could select a group of payments from the tracking page and email them all the same template.

  5. It would be helpful to able send a batch email using the list of organizations that appear on the organizations search page by having a send email tab at the bottom of that page. Presently we can only Merge, Quick Export or Archive organizations that we select on the list.

  6. After closing evaluation, the options at the bottom of the Evaluation Summary page are to "email evaluator" and to "approve" evaluations. It would be convenient to also have the option to deny evaluation here. Currently, the work flow requires one instead to return to the dashboard, select closed evaluations, and go from there with batch options. I like to work on one LOI at a time and not have to return back out the dashboard.

    It would also be nice if when I did a denial, the decision date calendar brought up the current date by default, but allowed that…

  9. Hello! I would like to suggest that in the Applicant Details that are available to attach to auto emails include the second address line as well as the first address line (they currently only pull in the first address line).

    We attach the applicant details to all of our auto emails and request that grantees check the address information and let us know if updates are needed (as just another way to ensure we aren't sending the check to an incorrect address) but I've had grantees sent back emails concerned that their suite/apt numbers aren't included.

  10. We want to pull a report of all evaluation forms (a copy of each evaluation for each evaluator) and we want the email of the evaluator to be on that report (we can only get first and last name)... this way we can use excel to filter the email of the evaluators that haven't completed or started the evaluations... has anyone else figured out a way to do this with one data set?

  11. I would love it if repeat applicants who have an overdue requirement (aka Follow-Up) would get a message when they try to start a new proposal. . . like "Hey! You still owe us a Final Report from 2013. Please contact us." Perhaps this mechanism could be similar to the email that pops up if they try to create a duplicate organization? We'd hate for them to spend the time and energy to prepare and submit a proposal that is VERY likely to be screened out due to their delinquent Follow-up. Thank you for considering!

  12. We want to send decision notifications to the primary contact for an organization, usually the organization top executive, but also want to notify the applicant, either by a copy of the email or by sending it to both. That is not currently possible with batch email because it defaults to the applicant, so in instances where the primary contact and applicant are different, batch emails cannot be used for these notifications.

  13. We just figured out that one can use "decision comments" as a merge field in customized email templates, and we love it! It's so convenient when sending out a batch email to be able to just merge these comments! We've successfully used it for one of our pocesses that only has an application (no LOI). Now we're working on a process WITH an LOI, and when we approved the LOIs it simply moved them over into the "draft application" category, and the comments we entered did not get classified as "decision comments".   14. A place to see your requests to support, both open and closed, and their status. Sometimes you have multiple tickets open and if someone in my organization wants/needs an update, I cannot provide one without emailing support again.

  15. For example, trying to easily sort for this on my main dashboard, without creating a report. Want to easily email all previous grantees within a process about a new opportunity. I've already created the email template using Foundant.

  16. When approving or declining an application the email applicant box appears at the bottom of the application next to the Save Approval & Approval button, but not after you've either saved or approved it.
    Doesn't it make sense to email your recipient AFTER the approval, then if you are using a template with the Approval amt. fields in it, they will actually contain the approval data? If I email before approval it doesn't work and those fields come up with a zero. So my point is, can you add the email applicant button on the screen after the approval or…

  17. The current follow-up could benefit from a review and approval section. I agree we can insert an administrative comment and in short let the grantee know this has been approved but for organizations where there is a bit of a review and approval process it would be helpful to have something built into the flow to show the approval details to the grantee, along with any suggestions/feedback to include with next deliverable. Right now the system allows for all follow-up from grantee with no shared feedback to them outside of an email. So someone not familiar with the project and…

  18. Please allow for editing the date format in email templates. Our organization would never ordinarily send letters with a date of 05/02/2018, but instead with May 2, 2018. Would like the option to format dates more formally, as exists in Excel.

  19. The email to third parties from an applicant has the link button at the very bottom of the page and "here" is highlighted. I seem to have a lot of international people that completely miss that little statement under the signature block. (Even when I state the location in the email) Can it be located more visible on the email or worded differently?

  20. Please remove case-sensitivity when entering data into email and website fields in organization records. I spend a lot of time editing these fields because of error messages prompted by uppercase letters when actual functionality isn't impacted by case in either emails or websites.
