Separate overdue Follow Ups from "Drafts" section on open requests dashboard
I realize that Overdue Follow Ups was added to the Metrics Dashboard tab but it would be nice if these could also be shown separately on the Open Requests dashboard tab.
Right now all overdue follow ups are lumped into the "Draft" follow ups section and isn't easy to see. It would be nice if they could be on the Open Requests dashboard tab as a separate line and in a different color instead of having to click over to the Metrics Dashboard to see them.

Activity log for follow-up forms
We would love a log for all activity on follow-up forms, so we can see which edits were made and when, and whether edits were made by the applicant or program officer.

Change from Approve to Deny
We accidentally approved an application and needed to deny it within the system after approving it. When it was approved, there were follow up emails assigned to the applicant, such as reminding them 14 days later if they hadn't completed their follow up form.
When I changed it to deny, the follow up form did not get unassigned automatically, meaning the emails are still being sent to the applicant despite her being denied. However, since it is now denied, there is no option to unassign the follow up forms.
I would recommend that when an application is switched from approved…

Batch Re-Assign Follow Ups to a New User (Program Officer Leaving)
We have a Program Officer who is leaving the foundation. She has over 150 follow ups assigned to her. Reassigning to the new Program Officer is going to require that we reassign each one individually. It would be great to have the ability to batch reassign.

Let applicants submit follow ups out of order
We have deadlines for each of our follow ups, but applicants are welcome to submit certain follow ups with a later deadline (i.e. match documentation) before the others (a final grant report, for example, which we do 3 months before grant end so we have time to set up a renewal conversation). It has to be at least twice a week that we hear from a grantee saying they can't submit their match docs because Foundant requires the follow up with the earlier deadline to be submitted first. It would be greatly beneficial if our applicants could submit follow ups…

File upload as shared question to allow budget files to carry forward
We pay grantees on a reimbursement basis. With some programs, this is a quarterly request, with others it is a single installment at completion of project.
In either case, their budget will be collected in excel as part of the application. I would like that file to live with the specific project and be used to request reimbursements. Since file uploads are not shared questions, I don't have an easy way to help applicants do this.
I saw that others had requested this functionality previously and the request hasn't been implemented due to lack of support. I'm hoping that by…20 votes -
Remove follow up form/popup from process
I am training a colleague on entering grants into Foundant. Unfortunately, we're unable to remove a follow up form from a process once it has been used. And we're unable to remove the popup message for the follow up. So, while training I have to say "Oh just ignore that, we don't use it", which makes training clunky. Please give us the option to remove a follow up form (or at least the popup) we don't use.

New button needed for students like these :)
My Problem: What about a student who doesn't complete two follow-ups but is still active, then graduates? Where do I put them now if I don't want to delete any follow-ups?
Foundant: Then you'll have to mark the follow ups as complete. Or you can download the follow ups and attach on their request record under document tab, and then delete their follow ups.
Wishing there was a button for something like this, since the student technically shouldn't be closed or abandoned.

Delete submitted follow-up without having to revert
It would be nice to be able to delete a submitted follow-up form without having to revert it back to Draft status.

Follow-up Due Dates Shareable in Other Follow-ups
It would be great to allow Follow-up Due Dates to be shared within Decision forms or future follow-ups. For example, within our Decision process and within our Grant Agreements (follow 1), we mention that grantees will need to complete a Final Report (follow-up 2). We would like to auto-populate the Due Date of the follow-up 2 in both the Decision process and the Grant Agreement so that grantees can sign-off that they acknowledge and commit to the final report. Being able to auto-populate this field based on system due-dates would allow for efficiency as well as minimize human error. This…

follow
We recently implemented a quarterly report for one of our grants - it would be great if there was a way to assign the same follow up more than once rather than creating a copy of the report for each quarter.

Close Request Button Design Issue
I inadvertently Closed our scholarship recipients when I went through the old applications in order to update contact info. They have to be kept in approved to pull up by group; Closed applications can only be accessed one by one. The Close Request button is on the bottom right where it's common to find a button to leave a form/web page or an X on the upper right. Foundant has neither for users. You have to go to the Home icon, Requests & Users option, or the back arrow. It's not good user layout. Move the Close Request to the…

automatic email order
With the new feature that allows a grants administrator to select which auto-emails should even appear in the auto-email list, it seems to be sorting them in a random fashion. I would like the auto-emails list to be sorted by stage in the follow-up lifecycle. See the attached file for an illustration.

Assign Follow Up to Reviewer
We would find it very useful to be able to assign a completed follow up to reviewers so that they could see the results of the grant they recommended for funding. Currently we have to export this info and merge it into a Word doc to share this with them.

Batch Evaluator Packets
It would be helpful if you could create evaluator print packets after you have assigned your evaluators. Right now you can only batch create them BEFORE you've assigned them which isn't helpful. I want to be able to create application packets for evaluators if I need to (eg they are late or having trouble doing it themselves). It would also be helpful to be able to create packets of the top applications which you wouldn't know until after evaluations are done. You also can't create batch evaluation reports.

Evaluation Option for Follow Up Forms
It would be very helpful to have the evaluation option available in the follow-up phase like the LOI and application phases. We use follow-up forms for reporting and having the option to add an evaluation to a follow-up form would be a great way for our team to save grantee report review notes within Foundant. (We currently save notes in Word and upload to the documents section, but having a built in feature to evaluate reports would be much better.)

SLM Follow up drafts - not all are truly drafts
For multi year scholarships, we have info we'll need from the student each subsequent year. Those follow ups now show in "drafts" but really, they are not in draft stage, they are upcoming or pending. It would be great to have those in their own bucket in the followup box on the dashboard so we can keep those separate from current/real time drafts we need to be aware of.

Auto assign follow ups internally
I would love a way to auto assign an internal follow up to the same officer that reviewed the application. Currently I manually assign an internal follow up form to the officer. It gets overwhelming when 20 follow ups come in during the day.

Add Follow Ups Completed Status to Requests & Decisions Page
It would be great to have the completed follow-ups more easily available from the Requests & Decisions page. Currently, from "Requests & Decisions" completed follow-ups are only accessible by choosing "Follow-Ups Assigned" and then selecting each individual request/organization. I think the narrower group of only follow-ups that have been completed would make workflow better for admins using this page to navigate different requests, as well as board members, evaluators or grant managers who want to view completed follow-ups. For us, there is currently no way for our board members to easily get to completed follow-ups on their own, without being…
