  1. We often have dozens — if not hundreds — of LOIs, approvals, applications, and follow-ups on our dashboard at once. It would be wonderful to have a visual indicator any time a new LOI, application, or follow-up is submitted. For example, let's say I log in at 9am and my dashboard indicates 133 follow-ups in the "Submitted" bucket. I come back to my desk at 10am, refresh the dashboard, and there are now 135 follows-ups in the submitted bucket. "135" now glows with a different color and a "+2" alert. Once I click into my Submitted follow-ups, that alert resets…

Red is universally recognized as a warning or danger color. It draws attention to the gravity of the action, such as permanently deleting an item, which may not be reversible.

This can prevent accidental clicks by making users pause and reconsider their decision.

    Increased Visibility:

Red contrasts strongly with most user interface backgrounds, making it highly visible and easily distinguishable.

This ensures users notice the button, especially in high-stakes actions like deletion.

  3. It would be great if attachments in the "Documents" tab could be previewed (much like how documents can be previewed within an application by clicking the eye icon).

Currently, a user has to download a file from the Documents tab in order to view it. It would be amazing to keep the preview experience within the browser. As an added bonus, my downloads folder wouldn't get clogged up!

    Thanks!

  4. Applicant's often ask me about a Access Code. We never use them.

It would be helpful if you can include a statement at the end of where it says .... "at the top of this page..." another sentance that says "If you you have not been provided an access code - please click on the home button above.

  5. After more than 6 years at Foundant, I still forget to click Save Summary when editing process summary bc it is usually out of my line of sight. Clients do this all the time. Moving it into line of vision would really help people not lose changes.

  6. Would it be possible to add a sorting feature to merge templates? We use 45-50 different merge templates, and to keep things organized, we group them by kind: Announcement Letters, Award Letters, Quarterly payment letters, etc. Currently, when we need to upload an additional template it is just added at the bottom of the list. A sorting feature would help us move that last added new template to others like it in the list. A sorting feature would expedite finding the right letter template rather than scrolling up and down until the correct template is located. For instance, in “Follow-Up…
