Access code
Applicant's often ask me about a Access Code. We never use them.
It would be helpful if you can include a statement at the end of where it says .... "at the top of this page..." another sentance that says "If you you have not been provided an access code - please click on the home button above.

We do not use Access Codes either and we get questions all the time. It would be nice to allow clients to alter the language there so that we could say something like "UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD OTHERWISE, NO ACCESS CODE NEEDED TO APPLY. GO DIRECTLY TO THE "APPLY" BUTTON" ... or something along those lines. Or, even better, the ability to turn the Access Code question on or off to make it not visible at all. That would be great and alleviate all t he calls/emails we get each application cycle.

Support should be able to add that sentence for you. We use eligibility quizzes, so our sentence reads:
You do not need an access code if we have approved your eligibility to apply for a grant.
