  1. It would be great to have a universal application in GLM like in SLM. Where you can enter the eligibility of each process in the universe and applicants only have to fill out 1 application and get matched to what they actually qualify for. This is crucial!

  3. We've had many grant award checks returned for "no receptacle" or "insufficient address" due to the application in GLM auto filling with whatever address was put in when the organization's account was initially set up. Most people will put their physical address in this spot. It would be helpful if when setting up new accounts in GLM both the mailing address and the physical address of an organization were required, then for the mailing address to be the default for the grant application. Any way around this issue?

  4. It would be very helpful to add an additional one or two column filters to the process, applicant, project name and eval 1 & 2 headings. I have Graduating High School and Applicant ID currently set. I would like to add Student Status and graduating year so I can see at a glance what I need for the applicant. I have to go into the application to get the info I need which can be time consuming.

  5. Within the Universal application, we need two different automatic emails for submission verifications. One for the Universal submission, and one for the opportunity submissions within the Universal. One generic submission verification is confusing to applicants

  6. In SLM on the Applicant Opportunities tab in a UA, it would be helpful if the Request column could be sorted. Right now, it just shows one number of total students in that specific opportunity. If you could sort be students who are drafted or submitted, that would be a really helpful feature. This could help scholarship providers market those opportunities with lower numbers much easier than having to pull a report each time.

  7. At BACF we have 11 different committees that review applications based on their funding alignment. Our current process is running a universal application. We then create individual processes for each of our committees, and manually copy applications into the processes for the committees that will review it. For example, we may get a funding request from the American Red Cross that has funding alignment across 3 different committees. I would then manually copy that request into each of the three processes for those committees to review.

    Where this becomes cumbersome is that I have to go into each application individually…

  8. Please allow for the addition of Folders and Subfolders for uploaded files on the donor portal. Currently we upload documents for the "Documents and Resources" section on the donor portal with no way to organize files at all. The additional organization would enhance the experience for both the internal and external user.

  9. It would be helpful to be able select "Hide Amounts" under Bulk Edit Funds feature. You can select "Hide Memorial Amounts" and "Show History on Portal", but you cannot make a bulk edit for "Hide Amounts". Thank you!

  10. Would it be possible to add a drop down for students wheen filling out personal information. ie Mr., Ms. and that when a student types street or St. it would auto change to Street? this would save us so much time in making corrections.

  11. It would be very helpful to have a note go to the students automatically saying that their Universal Eligibility quiz has been successfully submitted and then a separate letter stating that they successfully fille out the individual applications that are part of the application

  14. We have about 60 scholarships, 200 applicants (1,100 applications), and 32 reviewers every year. When I assign applications for review, I want every student to be assigned to 2 reviewers. And I want all reviewers to have roughly the same number of applicants/students (not applications since we use Universal App). So I sort the applications by applicant name, and then manually click all applications for students x, y, z, and then batch assign to 2 reviewers. I have to repeat this process for all 1,100 applications in the system. I would love for there to be an automated way to…

  15. Create a way to export processes from a universe without having to individually create them in the process tab? Like, if you have a universe full of application opportunities, you would have the ability to move each application opportunity to an individual process by copying every process into its own. This would then move all eligibility requirements, application, evaluation, and follow ups to the new process. Then in each process, you are able to edit out the eligibility requirements that are no longer needed.

  17. I need there to be a way to mass update opportunities in a universe. Going in one at a time to 150+ scholarship names to change it from 2023 to 2024 is maddening and not an effective use of time.

  18. One master login and password for any applicant. We are part of a RAG. Most use Foundant. It would be great if the applicants could log in once to get to all grant makers. One more step to a single application.

  19. Some of our scholarships are available to students already in college, so they can apply multiple years in a row. It would therefore be nice to provide a feature in the SLM universal application in which they can transfer certain items/ answers from one year's universal app to another. This would save them time. Perhaps we could determine what we would allow to be transferred when we set up each new universal app, or what questions MUST be answered by all. Again, time saver for returning applicants.

  20. In the UA, it would be nice if we could print a pdf of individual opportunities for the donor(s) to review that only has the eligibility questions and supplemental questions of the individual opportunity listed.
