  2. If a grant has multiple payments coming from it, I would like to be able to "complete" the portion of the grant that has been paid and the check has cleared the bank.
    Similarly, in SLM, if a student has a multi-year grant, I would like to complete (for the current year) any follow-ups rather than leaving them open and continually have to remind myself that I can't set certain items as complete. Once we have been on SLM for several years, I imagine the follow-up Submitted list is going is going to be very long.

  3. When using the change grantee option on a grant request, instead of a drop down menu with all active grantees, there should be a search box that you can type in like the search boxes elsewhere on the site.

  5. As it appears right now, when I "Process Documents" in the Documents bucket to send the award notice to grantees, the subject heading reads 'Grant Letter' I have to change each batch to make it more personalized. Is there any way for us to be able to customize the headings of these emails?

  6. Please add the field FIscal Year to Custom Reports (Grants) and add Fiscal Year to Filtered reports in Grants module so that we can pull the fiscal year for grants on all grant reports.

  7. I suggest having a grantee contact option on the grant envelopes. CSuite's default envelope template for grants should have a grant contact field. The bulk printing grant envelopes function is the most efficient way to print grant envelopes. However, the grant contacts that are on the grant records are not on the envelopes. The grant contact is important to have on the envelope so that the correct person at the organization receives the grant letter and check.   8. Currently when you "print page" in reports, the columns do not wrap text so I need to print this extra tiny or on an extra large paper. The scholarship reports wrap text when printed. Will you please add this format to all reports? Thank you.

  9. As of January 2022, an interfund grant to an endowed fund names the fund-beneficiary org as the grantee when the fund is part of an "affiliate Group" in CSuite. This is inaccurate - these are community foundation assets, and listing the transaction as a grant is incorrect in most cases. When the beneficiary org is a separate legal entity (there's a check box for that) this is accurate -it is a grant to the beneficiary because the fund is an asset of the Supporting Org.

  11. My Colleague, LIsa, who coordinate our scholarship program has indicated she can track system generated emails in SLM. I use the C- Suite capability to send grant notifications to grantees from C-Suite. It is effective and efficient. However, since turnover exit at charitable organization we not have the correct email at times. C-Suite does not provide feedback if an email is not delivered to a valid email. I have attached a report that Lisa has run in SLM which gives her tracking information for emails she has processed in SLM. I would like to see something like this for Grants.

  12. I have two requests related to users/staff for grant processing.

    1. Please add User/Staff fields (profile name and title) to the template fields list for grant letters. We include a signature block in every grant letter, but we have multiple staff members who process grants. There is no flexibility for the grant letter to list the staff member who processes the grant in the signature block, so our current letters have a static signature block that contains the name and signature of one of our grant processors. It would be nice if we could add name and title to the signature…

  13. It would be nice to enable the ability to choose the sorting order for grant check/document printing.

    It is wonderful that the letters and checks print in the same order, but it would be more useful if they were sorted by fund first and organization second.

    I realize our process probably doesn't match everyone's, so being able to toggle that sort order on and off would let people choose what sorting is preferable.

  15. The new Document Tab in Grants shows documents that are in there ready to be printed/emailed or marked as sent. Can we have a bulk edit to mark all documents sent, even for ones that are not included in a batch? We don't batch print everything so it makes it more cumbersome to have to go into each document to mark it as sent.

  16. Leaving cancelled grant payments in the voucher bucket of the grant payment workflow leads to unnecessary review, incorrect data and a cluttered workflow. Cancelled grant payments should be removed from the grant workflow entirely. They should not still appear as a voucher to pay.

  17. It would be very helpful if the check and grant ID hyperlinks in the documents bucket followed through the whole process. After clicking on "process documents" the check ID loses the hyperlink, and the grant ID is no longer viable. There is a lot of back-and-forth checking each letter to go to and from the grant record to documents processing.

  18. After you process a grant and print the check, the system shows there are outstanding "documents" to be processed. We have to click "process documents" and mark each one accordingly (print, download,etc.) There is a mark as sent link to select if you've already sent the document. I usually print my letter at the same time I print my check so we don't need the reminder for the letter. I understand some organizations need/want this functionality and I get why it was created.

    If you print your grant checks in a batch you can mark the whole batch documents, but…

  19. Every so often with the new grant letter update - we seem to be missing a chunk of grant letters. Sometimes a partial batch and sometimes a whole batch. The column that is supposed to say 'grant letter' is empty. They are MIA for a few days, and then magically appear. Need to fix that!

  20. The addition of "account" to the Fund Beneficiary Grantees/Funds screen is helpful. But it would also be helpful to be able to select the Income account as well for internal/interfund grants. This would match the options we have on manually created internal grants. It seems the options for the beneficiary grants should correspond. I thought perhaps once the grants was created, we would have the option there to update the income account but it does not appear.
