I suggest having a grantee contact option on the grant envelopes. CSuite's default envelope template for grants should have a grant contact field. The bulk printing grant envelopes function is the most efficient way to print grant envelopes. However, the grant contacts that are on the grant records are not on the envelopes. The grant contact is important to have on the envelope so that the correct person at the organization receives the grant letter and check. This is especially important for large organizations that need grants to go to a specific person. Editing each envelope and adding the grant contact would take away from the efficiency of the grant bulk printing envelopes function.
