Stripe automatic notifications
Include the "Tribute/In Memorial" and "Additional Comments" in the Stripe Credit Card notification email to the Fund Advisors. Fund Advisors cannot find this information in the Portal, so ideally it would be added there too. Our Affiliate Program has Fund Advisors send thank-you notes and they do not have the full picture to properly thank the donors.

COVID-19
Add a checkbox for Donor Portal Grant Requests with the question "Is your grant request related to the COVID-19 crisis?" The default mapping could be for the General support option. If grant details distinguish a different COVID-19 grant purpose, staff can manually edit it in the Grant Request after it is created from the Portal. This would help foundations track grant requests that are related to COVID-19.

Fund Summary Fields - have one that can be made "public" for the grant catalog and one that remains internal
Right now we are using the fund summary field to capture static internal information on the fund we need on a regular basis for grant administration. The purpose of the fund, processes related to that specific fund, whether annual fund letters are sent out etc.
We want to eventually begin using the grant catalog and providing an option to promote the fund. But, this means that the internal info we have summarized on each fund would have to moved to a different field (Likely a note).

Log request: indicate in log if a staff requests a grant when "logged in as" the FA
Enhance the "login as donor" feature to track if someone on staff logs in and makes a grant distribution request

Donor Report sort incomplete
When I sort the exported Donor Report by last name in excel, it sorts the Individual profiles by Last name but then it stops there and doesn’t sort any of the Household/Org records.
Also, It would be great if we could add HH ID field to this report so I could look at total household giving.

denials or zero balance grants on DAF
rather than cancelling a grant, it would be helpful to be able to deny DAF requests and have those flow through to CSuite for tracking purposes. Auditor recommends we track this data to show that donors do not have undue control of their funds...doesn't happen often but it does happen

Would be great to have breadcrumbs throughout CSuite so you don't always have to click back or navigate back to the home page or top-level section pages.

Rev Share Bulk Set Share Details
It would be awesome to be able to set share details for monthly rev share entries in bulk instead of going through multiple entries. I think I had 180+/- individual entries to set in December. Very time consuming.

Delete Fund Advisor
Ability to delete a Fund Advisor even when they have been attached to statements.
Currently you are only able to remove an Advisor from a Fund. An error occurs when an Advisor Profile is being deleted if they have every had statements. Even when a fund is not associated, reports will continue to show them as a Fund Advisor even though it is false.

To be able to update the covid coding in CS after it has been synced to GLM
I have about 20 grants that I cannot update the COVID coding in CS after it has been synced to GLM. The need for this is for grants done in the beginning where the coding was still a new thing. I really would like to be able to update the coding in CS so that it matches what is in GLM.I get a red error message if I try to do this. Thanks very much!

campaign ticket limit
When selling tickets to a campaign/event, it would be great to have an option to set a limit/maximum number of tickets that one individual can purchase (especially if is private/exclusive and expected to sell out).

Filter by Org name and individual name (first or last)
I think it would be very helpful to be able to filter the profile list by names that include a certain combination of letters. Currently if I use the general search box at the top left of the screen and search for "KISU" I can see three profiles in the drop down that have some combination of those letters. I would like to be able to go to the profiles list and do the same thing: filter by "KISU" and have all there of those profiles appear in a list.

Creating "Primary Contact" field for donor cultivation and stewardship
Currently, our relationships live in "Links". We are creating Profile Types for contact relationships - these are mostly Board members who are the primary contact for a particular donor. Creating a Profile Type for "Jane Smith" the Board member means we can assign that to the 20 donors she personally knows. Our Board members are not Stewards with access to CSuite (and we don't want them to be at this point). Assigning Profile Types is currently the only way we can make those relationships searchable. It would be great to have an efficient way to track "cultivation contact relationships" like…

Make the Blue Box in the top left of a section clickable to home for that section
There are some sections of the system where you need to click Home on the top menu and then click on the section you want. Profiles is one example. It would be nice if the Blue Box that indicates the section you're in was clickable back to "home" for that section. It would save time!

Enhancement to Donation Thank You page
Several of the pages in Community Suites have the option to use toggles at the top and sort the rows by column headers. I would love this capability to be added to the https://______cf.fcsuite.com/erp/donation/thankyou/print page. That way we could sort all of the letters needed for one fund at a time instead of searching and clicking which becomes very time consuming.

Campaigns
While working on a campaign I added a couple of "requests" (such as a meal choice). However, these requests did not show up in the registration page - UNLESS you add a guest. In other words, if an individual goes in to register there are no requests that show, so that invitee cannot select any of the requests. The only was for this individual to sign up for requests is to then go in and register (again) as a guest. Requests should show up on the original registration page on the URL link.

Maximum Gift
Currently, donors are alerted if they try to make an online gift below a foundation's minimum gift amount. However, it's not the same with a maximum gift. It would be helpful to do the same when a donor makes a gift that exceeds a foundation's maximum online gift.
