  1. It would be cool if Fund Advisors could export more detail on their donations. For example, memorials, or recognition names or even an export of the mailing address. Currently, they can only export the following:

  3. Currently entries for beneficiaries is only based on a percentage. Could you consider adjusting this to include dollar amounts as this is what we have been doing in FIMS.

  4. Since we book the full amount of the scholarship up front it would be very helpful to have that reflected in the balance. It is confusing for the donors when they see their available balance but it is not accurate due to the booked scholarships.

  5. The drop down list of Task Types does not include all the types of tasks I want to track or assign. I can't seem to find any way to edit this list. I can leave the task type blank, but It would be great if you could either simply type in the task type, or edit the available drop down menu.

  6. To be able to insert the following information, without having to do two separate journal entries :

    From Fund :
    G/L Acct :
    To Fund:
    G/L Acct :
    Description :

    We often charge funds when a stop payment is placed on a check, or insurance is charged to a fund, additional admin expenses for special projects, etc. There is a lot of room for error with having to do this with two separate journal entries. This would also be beneficial when someone is asking to move money from one fund of theirs to another, which wouldn't be a inter fund…

  7. It would be nice if the minimum admin fee was charged each interval instead of at the end of the year. For example we charge 1.75% with a yearly minimum of $500. It would be great if we could charge a $125 minimum each quarter.

  8. Being able to segregate and total fund statements by account number would be great. Having a list of all of their transactions is nice, but our clients are used to being able to look at totals by expense account number.

  11. Instead of printing in alphabetical order, it would be LOVELY to be able to choose how to print them. For us, it would be best to be able to print in the order they were entered.

  12. The trial balance sorts itself by account types. I would prefer that it sorts by account number. This is more of the industry standard and makes it easier to find accounts.

  13. It would be really great if Community Suite were set up for us to create template letters for things like quarterly statements. We never just send the statement, we always include a letter of some kind and it would make things a lot simpler if we could print statements and letters for the same list of folks at the same time.

  14. New report that would have the whole year budget, monthly and YTD for closed months, budget to actual dollar variance, and budget to actual percentage variance.

  15. It would be helpful if we could choose whether a payment (non-gift) goes to the Historical Principal Balance or to the Spendable Balance. Right now the payments do not go to either - they are included in the net income amount until the year is closed to your default equity account. We have instances where we need the ability to do both.

  18. When voiding a check it would be great to be able to provide the explanation for the void - Lost, amount correction, etc. so that the reason for the void can follow the transaction

  19. For Fund Statements, it would be great to have the option to show additional detail for grants in the Activity Detail section to include the Sponsored Org and Description.

    For Restricted/Designated Funds that we are fiscal agents for, if paying bills for their various utilities, rent, and other vendors, it only shows the grantee name of the organization and does not provide a clear view of what was actually paid.

    For Donor Advised Funds, if a donor grants to a single organization multiple times but designates different programs, projects, campaigns, etc... each time they suggest a grant, it would be…
