Edit list of available Task Types
The drop down list of Task Types does not include all the types of tasks I want to track or assign. I can't seem to find any way to edit this list. I can leave the task type blank, but It would be great if you could either simply type in the task type, or edit the available drop down menu.

This list is editable in the Opportunities area. From the home page, select Opportunities and then on the left, take the link "List Types". This will show you the opportunity types/stages and the task/note types. You can edit any of the types by clicking the link to that type or you can Add one by using the "Add Task Type" link on the left.
