  1. It would be helpful if, in the donor portal, it was clear to the fundholder that the Description field is visible to grantees but the Notes field is visible only internally. We have donors enter info in Notes that they want the grantee to see (e.g. "Thanks for all you do, from Joe Smith"), and we have to choose to copy it into the Grant Description field (labor intensive) or ignore it.

  2. Impact Investing-Revenue Share
    We recently invested in an impact investment where we have a portion of $ in a mortgage. We earn interest and principal repayments monthly but only receive the funds 2 a year. I would like to book the monthly int earned and reduce the principal by the amount owed and set up a receivable for the twice a year payment. I was looking to the add int/fees to book the income no problem but how can I reduce the principle balance and set up the receivable other than booking journal entries. At the moment there is just…

  3. It would be nice to have the ability to set investment strategies by dollar amount and not just percentages. We have some funds that have multiple investment strategies and need to be able to hold a flat dollar amount rather than a percentage of the fund.

Currently on the Donor Portal when the fund is a scholarship, the Total Grants amount on the Home page shows $0, even though the Grants From The Fund page shows all scholarships granted from the fund. It is confusing to our donors to originally see that $0 grants have been made from the fund, but then click in a different tab and see all of the scholarships/grants that have gone out of the fund. Can these two areas be connected?

  5. Instead of having the Donate button in the Grant Catalog, have an field for each organization where an amount can be entered. This way a donor can give to mulitiple organizations without having to go back and forth from the catalog to the cart.

  6. There are numerous reports that can be customized when you go to the Reports section. I do not see any for creating financial statements. It would be great if you could add more than one column option to a report. Currently we are copying and pasting exported reports to build our desired reports. We have to export 12 financial reports to get to the 6 we want.

With Impact Investing becoming a more prevalent means of helping our communities, it would be very helpful to have a way to allocate these loans to multiple funds without having to have an outside massive spreadsheet to "revenue share" manually and account for repayment manually to each fund. The loan feature does not work for this as that is only allocable to one fund and Investment Strategy does not work as you can also only allocate one per fund.

  9. To complete online registration, the registrar needs to provide their details, including credit card information, and optional the guest's name; the guest must be included to enable RSVP confirmation and appear on the guest list.
    If the registrar represents an organization, the RSVP status won't be displayed in the profile. Is it feasible to incorporate a registration column for this purpose? Please note, that activating RSVP to yes will treat the organization as an additional guest, impacting the total RSVP count.

  10. There needs to be a day date that can be entered for cleared checks as the checks clear during the month instead of having to wait until the month is reconciled. We often have to go and print off cleared checks from our bank and it would be helpful to have the date the check cleared our bank account in CSuite Bank Reconcile module. In order to know which checks have cleared our bank on a daily basis I have to maintain an excel spreadsheet to show the day date that the check cleared our bank.

  11. I asked about this last year, but posting fresh again to maybe get back on radar. If you want us to use your platform for sending emails and keeping track of correspondence, we need to look professional when doing it. Sending an email in Courier with no signature or logo won't cut it.

  12. Similar to grants create an "Approval" bucket for scholarships so the scholarships would go from New, Approval, Open. Allow approval to be based upon each scholarship & not just each fund.

    This would give foundations that are not using the SLM product another layer/level of approval and segregation of duties. Currently, they can only differentiate who does what based upon the permission groups that each user is in. This makes it harder for the teams to administer when they have a large scholarship team.

    We get interest income from impact investments which are in our investment pool. We would like to be able to revenue share these deposits rather than do a negative voucher to allocate the interest income.

  14. It would be helpful to have "payment amount" as a field for scholarship award letters. Currently only "award amount" is available, and its confusing on multi-year scholarships to only have the full award amount as an option.

  15. Please add grantee name or grantee label as a template field list under {{#foreach check}}. Currently the only way to pull a grantee name or label is under the {{#foreach grant}} template fields list. We combine our grants into ONE check when possible but when we create the grant letter it will pull the grantee label FOR EACH GRANT instead of FOR EACH CHECK which therefore requires hand editing. The process would be much smoother and quicker if there was a grantee name or grantee label in the {{#foreach check}} template fields list. Thank you!

  17. Please consider adding the ability for us to check/uncheck a fund advisor who is associated with a fund of an event campaign, so that fund advisor can see who has purchased tickets.
