When editing a Note, allow fund name to be removed
Allow the fund name to be deleted from a Note when editing a Note. Currently, we have to delete the entire Note and re-add the Note without the fund name so that Note doesn't appear in the Fund's Notes tab.

Minimize/Maximize file categories
We love being able to create categories for files and will be utilizing it more soon. We discovered, however, that when there are many files in a fund, it would be beneficial to minimize all fund categories and be able to just maximize the category we're looking for a file under.

Enable an edit button for file names in the voucher area without having to unpost. Currently we have to unpost and repost then go through the approval process again.

Can we separate Note Type and Task Type? We would love to have unique task types that are not Note Types.

It would be helpful to be able bulk upload a file to a batch of grants. This would speed up the grant process.

Note block view and sizing s/b across full screen.
Note blocks take up too much space vertically. I think it would be better if the note block covered the screen horizontally with all the ID and date jargon on the top line followed by the note itself. Why is it so limited in the width of the box??? You would be able to see so much more if it went across the entire screen instead of only using 3 1/5 inches across the note block.

Move Profile Notes to a different profile
It would help if we could move notes from one profile to another. There's a Move option now but it's only to move the notes to a different designation on the same profile.

May Note Update
With the new profile update, when you post or edit a note when you hit save it goes back to the main details tab. Would be good for when you click save to stay on the notes page. Same if you are unclicking sticky for the note it takes you back to the details tab after an action has been done.

Notes Custom Report filtered by profile Ids
Hello,
I hope you can boost the search of specific profiles in the notes report. The only option we have now is "Ref id" which allows us to add profile ids between "minimum to maximum or between a range. Another option will be if we can filter by the "Ref Name" field for specific profile names.

Permissions: Notes/Tasks Type Permissions
Notes/Tasks Type need to have its own permissions, different from Opportunities! I want users to be able to create a new Opportunity, but not to create a new Note/Task type. But there is no way to separate the two right now. Not sure why these are linked in the system, anyway.. Notes/Task should be their own section within the system.

When a task email reminder is sent from CSuite to the person the task is assigned to, can the email include the task description?

Give system administrators the capability to see tasks created by all users, not just the ones they've created.

edit notes
I'd like an easy way to edit a note I just created. Perhaps an "edit" button or link at the site of the note within the profile. I see that one can add Sticky or Rollup characteristics to the note but I don't see how to edit it without having to leave the profile.

Notes
We are having difficulty tracking and following up correctly with "Notes" that donors add when requesting a grant. The Notes are at the bottom of the page and do not follow the grant through the process. There is also "alert" that a donor has added a note. It would also be great to be able to include any Notes in Grant Reports or reporting in general.

Bulk Edit Notes
Just like we can delete bulk notes, it would be nice to have an edit option to change task type, who, etc.
We have notes that were imported (more than 19,000) from our conversation in 2019 that we are now getting around to sorting through. It would be nice to bulk add the name of the employee for specific notes.

Send Email to Users when New Note is Added
It would be great if when adding a new note, you could choose users to send an automated email to about the new note. I know there is auto-email functionality within tasks, but if something similar could be added to notes as well, that would be great. Thanks for considering!

Allow 'Add Note' to have its own permissions setting
Allow 'Add Note' to have it's own permissions setting and be disconnected from the 'Edit' permissions so a user group can have view only permissions but still be able to add a note.

Would like to be able to format the text in notes - ex: bold, underline, paragraphs, bullet points, etc.. It's too difficult to read right now.

Thank you for adding Tasks to individual Profiles! Can you please make ALL TASKS visible on a profile regardless of who created or the assigned person? It's helpful to see all past due/current/future tasks on a profile regardless of who they are assigned to.
