  1. From the task list, you should be able to mark all or multiple tasks complete, similar to how you can do so with the "Approve All" feature in the grants bucket.

  2. It would be awesome to be able to copy tasks! I have tasks that are similar, but are not recurring. Copying would save a lot of time.

  3. We would love to see profile notes get their own tab on each profile, separate from the main profile page, where notes could be archived, managed, and searched for that profile. Only pinned notes and maybe the 2-3 most recent notes would automatically appear on the main profile page.

  5. It would be helpful to have the ability to bulk reassign tasks in cases when there is staff turn-over.

    For example there is a Donor Steward who leaves the organization. They have a number of relationship management tasks in cSuite to have a cadence of communication with their assigned donors.

    it would save time to be able to bulk-reassign tasks to the new Donor Development rep(s) who will take over relationship management with those donors.

  6. When marking an opportunity related task "done" and subsequently adding a note, the note shows up on the profile of the household and/or individual, but not on the fund profile DESPITE the fund field being specified. In normal notes, if you make a note in a profile and add the fund, the note will show up under the fund, too. This does not happen with the opportunity task notes, which is not efficient or streamlined. It would greatly enhance opportunities if the task notes show up under the fund designated in the notes, just like normal notes.

  7. Would love to see the option to select a staff member when you create the note vs. saving and going back in to edit. There are instances when admins put notes in and then the note is tied to their name when running reports, etc.

  8. When you create a Task and click the check box to "Send Calendar Invite", the person assigned to the tax receives an invite to add to their calendar but it does not have a way to easily choose the time of day for the appointment/task. It would be great if you are scheduling a task to meet with someone you could set the time of the calendar invite. Right now they show up as an entire day entry on the calendar. It's not helpful when scheduling.

    You also don't have an option to accept your own calendar invite. So if…

  9. We use to have the ability to finish tasks with one click from the task manager page. Now it is at least three clicks or more just to get it to go away. I understand the options to edit/add notes/etc but that shouldn't come at the sacrifice of simplicity for the user.

    Could a one click option be on the task manager page as its own column? Then the user can decide whether they want to complete it or edit it.

In preparing annual reports, news releases, or other communications collateral about our grants, it would be great if the notes field, where we store the summary of what we are funding, could be a filter on the reports. The description field is merely what's on the check stub and for our records; the notes field contains what the organization will do. If there is no way to export this, we're adding hours, at least a full day, in which someone will have to compile that information and make it useful for our one-person communications team - or that one person…

  13. Currently we us Outlook 365 and the Outlook desktop program. When I create a task for myself and choose to send a calendar invite, outlook does not allow me to save to my calendar (on the desktop version OR the web version) This means its double duty to create a task so I can track in the CRM system AND then have to create my own calendar invite. This gets to be really redundant and time consuming. Would love a fix or a work around that is not sending my task to another employee to have to send back to…

  14. It would be helpful if we could reference multiple transactions within CSuite when creating a note for a transaction. E.g. if there is a note on a donation and I also want the note on the deposit transaction I have to create the note multiple times. Was hoping notes could reference more than one transaction so they could display on whatever transactions they referenced.

  15. Sort log by Task Type in CS, GLM, SLM.

    We have a Task type of Record Adjustment Action, used to notifiy staff of specific updated (new address/cell/email, deceased, update in NPO Execs). Being able to sort by Type, give DB Manager opportunity to review changes, ensure data integrity and identify gaps in Standard Work or Training opportunities across CSuite, GLM, SLM.

  16. Remove inactive users from the Assign To search box when creating a Task. When creating tasks inactive users are still listed as options to assign a task to which makes the list of users cluttered and can cause a task to be assigned to a former employee.

  17. It would be really helpful if I could filter by note type in grant reports and grant buckets. We have grants that need to be flagged for additional due diligence. I have added the Note field to my report, but I have to scan through them all to see why there is a note as I do my follow up.

  18. There are times when a closed opportunity requires an update; it would be nice to be able to add a Note to this closed opportunity without having to reopen the opportunity and change the closed time stamp.

    An example of this is when a fund holder would like to update their fund agreement perhaps with a new name or a new After Lifetime Directive. We want to track this process, but it is not a NEW opportunity. Currently this requires us to open a closed opportunity, add a new Note about the update, and then reclose.   19. Add the "who" field when generating a note. Have it auto fill with the person entering the note, but give option to change to another person if need be. Right now to change this information, you have to edit the note, click to edit and then change.

  20. Notes descending by date. When we bulk uploaded Notes we found even if the note had a past date, the note was at the top of the list of notes since the order is determined by the Note ID. Allow admin to pick how the notes are sorted.
