Add "who" when generating a new note
Add the "who" field when generating a note. Have it auto fill with the person entering the note, but give option to change to another person if need be. Right now to change this information, you have to edit the note, click to edit and then change.

It would be amazing to be able to add "who" in the bulk import of notes. Our System Admin often bulk imports notes but is unable to reflect the actual staff person who did the outreach, which makes reporting challenging.
