new profile updates - create a profile no longer creates one in GLM; GLM links not working
Absolutely love the profile look - hoping to see for Funds too! We use both the GLM and CSuite, so we need to option to sync to the GLM when creating in Csuite (option only - some profiles do not sync over). Our settings are set to search GLM on profile create, but it's not giving that option. The links are not working as well for those with links.

profile pictures
In addition to attaching files, it would be nice if we could attach a profile picture. This would be helpful for board members, committee members, fund advisors, etc.
4 votesThere is currently an add image option in the left side menu when viewing a profile. This will allow you to upload a picture.

last grant date on profile
It would be wildly helpful if the last grant date was an option for reports on grantees. In other words, you could pull a profile report that would also tell you the last date that the profile received a grant.

Bulk Update Address - Do Not Mail
I would be really helpful if we had the option to set "Do Not Mail" in bulk address updates. This has come up several times now.

Duplicate Profiles List - Clear Ignore Only
It would be nice if we could just clear those profiles that we have marked "ignore" and not clear out the entire duplicate list. We have a huge duplicate list to get through after migration and it would be helpful to remove some of the highlighted "ignore" profiles to make the list more manageable.

Adding a "pay" option to an email profile
In organization profiles, when we grant monies using email notifications, the email listed is the primary POC who may not be the financial person. Since we can add multiple emails to the org profile, is it possible to add an option that has "pay" so that we can check that box for the financial representative and all payment/grant notifications go to that person instead? Similar to the address options.
8 votes- Jan Monthly release: There is now a single check work flow, reducing clicks for clients. With this workflow the checking account, check type, date, and memo line are all one page. This enhancement has reduced the number of steps needed process checks in batch. From accounts payable, select create checks from the left side menu. That will open a table for a User to select the bank account and payment type before filtering the check batch. This will filter the list to just that payment type set on the profile. If there isn’t a payment type on the profile, that vendor will process the payment as a check. From this screen, clients now have the ability to name their batches for easy reference. Memo lines have moved into the voucher, grant, scholarship workflow. We have also added grant and scholarship voucher filters to the accounts payable filters. This will still…

Reportable time stamps for changes to profile types
It would be great if any changes made to a profiles "profile type" is time stamped and reportable via custom reports. Right now any changes also do not appear in the logs. We sometimes have donors which move from one profile type to another and we would like to capture this as part of our organisational reporting.

The ability to merge two organizations with different names
We have organizations that change their names and would like the ability to merge the organization with the former name into the newly named organization.
2 votesThere is an option on the left side menu of a profile to merge the profile. You will then be given the option to enter the other named profile. If you need assistance, please contact support.

Batch update "Do not email"
We use the mailchimp integration with CSuite and would love to have the ability to batch update the bounced emails as "Do not email." Currently these have to be done individually, which takes a lot of time when you have over 100 to do.

email type
Can we please add an option to select email type (home, business, personal, custom) in order to neatly organize a contact's various emails? This is extremely important to be able to communicate per a client's preferences. Many CRM's also allow a "custom type" where you can modify the type name. Thank you!
2 votesEmail is type is a customizable field. Select Profile Types from the left side menu in Profiles. A current email type can be edited by clicking into the ID. You also have the ability to Add Email Types on the left side menu.

Ignore Suffixes on Searches
The system now ignores prefixes when specifying a search, which is great. So Mr. John Doe can be found by entering Doe, John. However, suffixes aren’t ignored. So Mr. John Doe Sr. has to be entered as Doe Sr., John. It would be great if suffixes could also be ignored on searches.

Profiles - Last Modified Report
The ability to create a report to see when profiles were last updated (be able to put from/to dates to see when any profile(s) were last modified)

Keep Sections Collapsed Across Profiles/Funds
Some sections of information on fund and profile records (and probably other records too) are not relevant for all staff members to see. It would be great if individuals could collapse a certain section and it would stay collapsed when they went to other funds and profiles in CSuite instead of having to collapse them on each profile.

Creating a new profile
I would be great if you could create a new profile in one step instead of clicking create. Add name, one address, one phone, etc. and then save. Then click edit to customize profile. It would be easier to just create a new profile in the customization view instead of the short view.

Our highest voted idea lab submission was the ability to identify the main profile data regardless of the designation.
The profile summary includes the information needed when working with constituents. The primary profile data will now be static at the top of the page regardless of the designation page that is being viewed. This summary includes an image, primary contact information, last donation date and pronouns. With this new layout there will be an icon next to the profiles name at the header. This will allow a User to easily identify an individual, household, or organization record. Images have also been added to the top header box for easy reference as well. Household profile Anniversary
It would be great if on a Household Profile we could have an Anniversary Field instead of Birthday.

Deceased Fund Advisor
I recently discovered that marking a profile deceased did not prevent donation notification emails from being sent to this fund advisor. Knowing this now, I will always delete a deceased profile's fund advisor access as well as marking their profile deceased. However, it would be very helpful if after a profile is marked deceased, the system would refer to that and not send any automated emails to that profile. Thanks for considering!

Is it possible to remove the red box indicating there is No Primary Phone Number on this Profile?
