  1. The donor addresses found on donation records are not available to include in custom reports. Since the address on a donation may differ from what's found on a donor's profile, it would help to be able to view donation addresses through custom reports and exports. Right now, it requires manually viewing individual donations in the system to see that information.

  2. Unlike the Admin Fee audit detail, the Revenue Share Audit Detail does not export as a CSV file. Instead, it gives a page that is much less friendly for providing to auditors. Please give us the option to choose how the Revenue Share Audit Detail is pulled out of the system, specifically, a CSV file.

    Revenue Share: Added the ability to export the audit details for a revenue share transaction. This export will be a .csv file and be based on the calculation dates selected for the revenue share.

    Things to note: If revenue share posting date is in the same time frame as the calculation dates, users can use the export prior to posting to preserve fund balances for audit records.

  4. It would be nice to allow "AND" "OR" logic within one filter, esp. for textbox fields.
    Right now the logic can only exist between different filters, but within one filter/field, there is no flexible logic built in for multiple criteria, nor does it allow using the same filter more than one time (with different values).

    Examples:
    (1) filter "Prefix" is "Mr." OR "Mrs." OR "Ms." AND "not null".
    (2) filter "profile type" IS "x" AND IS NOT "y"

  5. Create a securities report that shows the fund, securities donated and the subsequent sales of each security. This would make it quick and easy to see which funds still have securities from original donations that need to be process through the sell process rather than the a statement voucher that just records the gains and losses.

    9/4/2024: Donations: Enhanced the Public Securities workflow. Added the ability to import of stock on the donation record and sell of stock. Updated the securities table to use commas and six decimals places for Quantity and Unit Cost. Description will auto populate using the stock name and quantity of stock on look up of stock during creation, but not on edit of a security. Users have the option from the left hand menu to Upload file. This will allow for a .csv file with symbol, qty, description, unit_cost. Symbol and quantity are required fields on the import. User can use the csv template on the left hand menu to download the template for importing.

    Public Securities: Added the ability import the sale of securities. Users will enter the sale date and account information. The fund field will auto-populate using the fund from the donation record and accounts. Users will enter…

  6. When pulling reports for scholarships, can you add a school/grantee option. This is an option that we have to hand type for all of our scholarships, when we run a report. The school/grantee is needed for our audit and board meetings.

  7. At this time, no fields are available in custom reports. There is a wonderful report built into the grant card groups (just by hitting the export button), but there is no way to recreate this in custom reports for all grant cards together. Instead you have to manually click into each grant card group and export each group to it's own file. This is not a good solution. If the grant card fields can be exported into an excel file from the grant card group, can we please add these to custom reports so that we can actually make use…

    9/3/2024:Grant Cards: Updated Grant Cards to a bucket system to show New, Posted, Open, Expired, Canceled, and Completed to help streamline workflows.  From a Grant Card Groups, the Expire Date and Balance have been added to the table. On the Grant Card ID, added the Receipt Sent timestamp to the Grants table. 


    Donations: Added the ability to Create Grant Cards to the left hand menu on a donation record. This allow users to easily create Grant Cards from a donation.  


    Custom Reports: Added Grant Card report that will display: grant card balance, cancel amount, cancel date, created timestamps, grant card amount, expiration date, card id, card code, require pin, and if the card is open or expired. 

  8. It would be very convenient if you could mark a custom report as a "favorite" that would then appear at the top of the Reports screen in a "Favorite Reports" section for easy access.

    There was a new option to create custom categories for reports released on 5/6/2023.  Please review the release note below.  This could be an option to create a favorite report category.


    Custom Reports: Enhanced Custom Reports to have a Save As option. This will allow clients to start with a report and make changes without losing that report. When saving a report, clients will now see a description field. This field can use this to create a description of the report which will be visible in the Custom Report list. In addition, there is now a new column for the creation date of the report. This will allow a User to identify when the report was created. A relative week date filter has been added. Selecting this filter will return data based on a Monday-Sunday week.

  9. Please have a way when you choose Custom Fields then ID you can pull a report from that particular field. Very important when we enter donations during GIFT Matching.

  10. Currently, there is no way to schedule a report with a relative date (for example previous week). Say you want to have a weekly report of donations. Currently, this is not possible according to support. The date of reports never changes.

  12. When I run custom reports I sometimes would like to apply a filter that covers multiple items. For example, a Zip Code filter that shows multiple zip codes or a fund filter that includes several funds. Unfortunately, the Custom Reporting does not include the same multi-select feature as Filter reports.

    I don't know the backend setup that makes these different, but it is odd that I cannot do the same function in both report types. Unfortunately, filter reports have the multi-filter function but limit the fields I can filter on/include.

  13. There really needs to be more options for reports under campaigns/reports.
    It's hard to pull reports for notes by campaigns.
    List of profiles within a group or request, except by the guest list
    no way to pull "unassigned" ticket report.

  14. It would be great if we could run a report for recurring donations which lists:

    • Donors Name
    • Start Date
    • End Date
    • Frequency
    • Amount

    Right now the only report you can run is for donations which came from recurring donations. This is a significant limitation as it means that our fundraising funds are unable to manage their own donor base.

  15. On the Profile Fund Custom Report, we need the ability to filter the report based on more than one Profile Fund Category Name. Unless I'm missing something, it look likes this can only be done by filtering on the text field. Is there a way to add the LIST of Profile Fund Category Names to the filter option so that we can simply check the choices desired?

  17. The ability to schedule custom reports with a sliding date filter. For example: a weekly report of all donations that were received in the past week sent to our development team every Monday. Currently we have select the entire year and sort it by date to pull most recent to the top and then they have to ignore or delete the older grants. While this is functional the sliding date feature would be a tremendous improvement.

  19. It would be helpful to have the ability to search by check batch number. Currently, I see no option under the custom check report to include batch number as a field. This makes references to check batches less useful. E.g., a description in a recent background job said "Generate Check Documents: Batch 2372" but I couldn't search by the check batch, and the only way to locate it was to manually click through all of our bank accounts and look at the posted checks until I found batch 2372.

  20. Report ID's for custom reporting should be listed next to a Custom Report Title for reference instead of having to close out reports to identify this information. This would allow for custom reports to stay open and active while discussing issues with CSuite Support Teams.
