- 10/02/2024:(10-02-2024) Added a new permission called Full Access. A user will need this permission to have full access to Custom Reports. If a user does not have this permission, they will only have the ability to view, export, and filter custom reports. With this permission, user will be able to delete any reports. This will also remove the API ability and scheduling reports.
- This will be released for anyone with Custom Report permission and may require updates from Administrators.

System admins should have the ability to edit reports created by other users and should have the ability to take over the ownership of any reports created by another user when the user is deactivated.
