Integrate Stripe Point of Sale for Events
We have a Stripe credit card swiper as well as a Paypal version for use at events. It would be great if the Stripe model could be integrated with CSuite to easily take credit card donations at events.

Donor portal stylization
In the same way that the public facing donation portal can be stylized by fund, we would like to stylize the donor portal by fund. Some affiliates require their own branding or co-branding, which needs to be reflected in both public and fundholder facing portals.

Stripe checkout page: when you enter your name and address then click Review you can not change the information
Stripe checkout page: If you want to correct your name, address, email or honoree after hitting Review, you can only use the browser back arrow and you have to reenter everything. Could that information be retained as the donation amount is retained?

Recognition field in custom reports
Hello,
Need to provide Recognition Name for custom reports. Background: We have a custom report (1132) to display donors for Advised donations. Include org role as donation filter option
Donation filter options include some, but not all, key profile tags. Including org role would allow us to pull donation info for key constituent groups - like our board members and volunteers.

Thank you templates attached to funds
Our organization uses very different thank you templates depending on which fund they donate to, so it would be really helpful if we could attach unique templates to the fund and have the system look there first for which template to use before going to the default in system data.

address type
What is the point of having an address type if you can't filter on that field? Also would be nice to be able to put time periods on addresses so the correct address will pull in based on the times they are at which address - i.e. winter address or summer address. We have several donors with a winter address, but have to go in manually to change the donation for mailing lists, but now can't filter a report to show which ones have a winter address to be able to change it back to their normal home address.

Have fund list on the "Donate to Fund" page be sorted by Fund Name instead of Public Name
Our fund names are arranged so that the donor's last name is listed first so that our funds sort alphabetically by last name. e.g., "Carreon, Allie & Ed Family Fund." But the Public Name should be "Allie & Ed Carreon Family Fund." Unfortunately, because the Fund List on the Donate to Fund page sorts by Public Name, this fund would show up in the A's, and not the C's. We would like to be able to sort the Fund list by Fund Name, but have the Public Name be listed, so everything sorts by the LAST NAME embedded in the…

Make Donate Online Page More Mobile-Friendly
We have fund summaries for our list of promoted funds on our online donation page. When viewing this page on a mobile device, the fund names take up most of the screen and the fund summaries are squeezed very small so it's almost one word per line which stretches out the list and leaves huge spaces between each fund. It would really look and function much better if the fund summaries dropped below the fund names or if the fund summary column was wider. Thanks for considering!

Allow credit card fees to apply to Operating fund
Currently, credit card fees are automatically applied to the fund the individual donation is for. Is it possible to create an option for the foundation to choose what fund the credit card fees are automatically applied to (example: Operating fund)? Otherwise, our foundation will have to do constant interfunds to move them to Operating.

Filter profiles by most recent donation
We would like the option to filter profiles by the date of the most recent donation. In our case, we like to segment mailing lists based on this date.

duplicate and recurring donations
Would be great if we could duplicate donations the way you can duplicate/copy vouchers.
We have some donors that give the same amount every time (but not recurring).
It would also be good to have the ability to choose the payment method for regular recurring donations that aren't paid by credit card (e.g. through direct deposit or Canada Helps, for instance). We have several monthly donors who don't pay by credit card and we currently have to enter the same information each month.
43 votesDonations: Enhanced donations with the ability to copy a donation once you select process. All fields are copied except for payment method, check number and donation date, which will default to today as normal donation form functionality. Donation Advisor is not copied because advisor is not set on a donation during initial entry. If it is an internal donation, the internal donation status will not be copied, instead it will just be a normal donation. Historical is not copied, so historical donations will get copied in as real donations that impact the general ledger.

Email Notification to Fund Advisors
Currently, when a donation is entered and saved, an email is sent out to any Fund Advisor receiving donation notifications. I think it would be better if this notification was sent out when the donation was Posted. This way, someone has had a chance to look over the donation and verify everything before the Fund Advisor receives an email.

Errors in red
Is it possible to see any errors on the create donation page and/or the donor profile page - appear in RED?
Currently, if there's an error in the donor profile, for example, the system does not alert you to the error, it just stops you from processing the donation.

Fund listed next to donation amount on donation tab.
We would like to see the fund name listed next to the donation amount on list of recent donations on the Donation tab. It becomes cumbersome to click into several gifts to find where the gift was posted.

ability to make additional donations for free event tickets
The system currently allows you to collect additional donations for events that have a tickets price >0. We sponsor several free educational events throughout the year, and would like to be able to collect donations for these events.

Tribute Templates by Fund
The ability to assign tribute templates by fund instead of by the individual tribute would be very useful. In our experience, every tribute donation we receive is only for one fund, so assigning a template at the fund level (similar to how it's done for donation templates) would save us from remembering to choose a different template when we don't want the default used on certain funds.
