Allow credit card fees to apply to Operating fund
Currently, credit card fees are automatically applied to the fund the individual donation is for. Is it possible to create an option for the foundation to choose what fund the credit card fees are automatically applied to (example: Operating fund)? Otherwise, our foundation will have to do constant interfunds to move them to Operating.
