  1. The option to email tax receipts directly from a donation does not provide a customization option that you can save, you have to edit the text that will be in the subject and body of the email each time. This is very time consuming if you are sending out multiple receipts and want a more personalized email to accompany the tax receipt.

  2. Could you change the merge fields to have more continuity between templates?

    For example, to merge the Fund Name on a Tax Receipt, we have to type {{FundName}} whereas to merge the Fund Name on a Tribute Letter, we plug in {{FunitName}}.

    Also, in the tribute letter, we have to include the {{#foreach memorial}} & {{/foreach memorial}} to call that template. Then we also have to include the {{#foreach donation}} & {{/foreach donation}} expressions around the certain merge fields for those to work properly.

    It would be easier if there were standard merge fields that worked in all…

  3. Currently once a tax receipt is marked as sent there is no option to mark as unsent, if you accidently click sent then it does not allow you to include that donation in the bulk process. Instead of using the bulk process you must go into the individual donation and populate an individual tax receipt, this is time consuming and can cause missing a tax receipt.

  4. cSuite really needs the functionality to print mailing labels that correspond to Printed Yearly tax receipt jobs. Currently, there is no such functionality and you have to go and manually recreate a spreadsheet that matches the receipt job PDF of hundreds of receipts....

  5. Be able to code donors who do not want to receive tax receipts. There's currently no way to code a donor profile to not receive tax receipts.

  6. Mailing labels in Word format - not PDF - it would be great to able to edit mailing labels should the need arise, but also to change the position on the sheet to better utilize the leftover labels. With the PDF you are "stuck" with a starting at the top (yes you can rotate the sheet if an option) but you can not adjust for printer variances for alignment, etc. It is a pain to have to recreate it in a Word document when other functions (receipts) can be export directly into Word.

  7. It would be wonderful if we had the capability to change terms on invoices. The default is set to Upon Receipt. Our terms are always Net 30.

  8. I'm sending out end of year tax receipts and can't seem to find an easy way to filter out First Time Donors. There is an article in foundant on how to do this that doesn't correspond at all with CSuite. Please help! Thanks.

  9. Hi! It would be great if you could please put "Fund" as a column on the reoccurring gift screen and if you could please put an "auto" description saying "monthly (or whatever period they picked) reoccuring gift - either "no end" date or with an end date of XYZ" This would save a lot of time. have to manually edit each description and I put the fund name in the description so I know which fund they are giving to.....we currently have over 100 reoccurring gifts. Thank you!

  10. We've had a few business request invoices to donate to one of our funds. It would be nice to have an option to generate a tax receipt from an invoice in these matters, instead of having to create on for our selves. Thank you for your consideration

  11. It would be amazing to be able to EDIT the email that goes out with bulk receipts. Also it would be great if the default sentence: Attached is the receipts for your donation on xx/xx/xx <<<included a period at the end.

  12. When sending a Tax Receipt via Email, it would be helpful for the date in the "Attached is the tax receipt for your donation on _____" to populate the donation date. It currently says today's date instead of the date that the donation was made.

  13. It would be nice if recurring donors could login or follow a link in their monthly receipt email that would allow them to edit or cancel their recurring donations instead of having to call our office to make any changes or stop their donations.
