Indication of non-receipted gifts being acknowledged
Currently there does not seem to be a way to mark a donation record saying that an acknowledgement letter was sent to a donor that is not eligible for a serial numbered tax receipt.
The record currently shows that no Serial Number was issued, however, we still acknowledge these gifts and it would be incredibly helpful to have a box saying 'Acknowledgement Sent?' Yes/No.
Currently our staff have to hunt through their inboxes to find these records when an ineligible donor requests a copy of their acknowledgement letter. They only have the donation date to go by in their search.
