  2. We would like to be able to print a letter for an internal grant. Currently, when we process a grant from a DAF to another foundation fund, it prompts to choose if we want a tax receipt and then we can select a tax receipt template, but there is no option to print. We understand this isn't a tax receipt, but often need to notify a donor confirmation their grants have been made, even when it is to one of our funds and not an external recipient.   3. Add same field options for the envelope template that are on the year-end receipt template. The names on the bulk year-end envelopes are not the same that print on the letter.

  4. We request that the Grant Advisor's Recognition Name be an available field for Internal Grant thank you letters. Currently the only option is the Advisor Legal Name field, and it isn't always how the advisor wants to be acknowledged.

  5. Hi, We have a variety of donations from Individuals, households, DAF, and grants. The salutation field works when the donations advisor is blank but not working when the donation advisor is not blank; Unfortunately, the salutation pulls the donor name salutation instead of the donation advisor. Is it possible to be fixed if it is a glitch? If not, is it possible to have a field for the donation advisor to do a formula when it is blank we pull salutation if not we pull the donation advisor name.

  6. When you create a letter template, you can assign the funds by "group". However when you add a new fund to that group, it doesn't automatically assign it to the letter template. You have to go in and add it manually. It would great, and make so much more sense, if the funds were assigned by group, then if a new fund is added to that group, it should automatically pull into that letter template so that we didn't have to remember to add it manually.

  8. Would make such a difference if we could make the mini edits we often need to do in a letter (to personalize, make a small correction, etc.) right in the platform. Downloading to word in order to make the edits and then being left with no record of the actual letter sent unless we re-upload it to just an attached file just adds to the clicks and time to do the task.

  9. I would like a merge field for the "vendor profile ID number" that I can print on the checks for quick reference to a particular profile since a lot of our profiles have similar names.
    (Also for the global search to list profile id in results and be able to search by them but I went and found those ideas and voted on them.)

  10. Like tax receipts, it would be great if the ability for logics to be set up so that you can have a template for 2 different grant letters to be used. Or have the ability to upload the letter template id when doing a mass import.

  11. I would love to be able to bulk update grant letter templates by fund steward rather than fund group or the other options. We have different templates for each assigned fund stewards' signature so it would be nice to update based on that.

  14. Would prefer if when 'grant letter template' is left blank - no letter is created. And that in order to generate a letter, a template 'must' be selected.

    We don't always have a letter accompanying a cheque.

  15. We do a summary tax letter for our donors that show all donations made in a calendar year for every donor. I can easily export the letter listing all the donations in bulk. But I am not able to export the corresponding envelope in the same order. So I have to run two separate exports. And neither match up. I can't figure out the order of the way these are exporting. This should be an option with the yearly tax receipt. It is not efficient to spend that much time sorting envelopes to match correctly with letters

  16. To support the various scholarships and grants that have specific focus areas, it would be nice to have the option to specify the granting location in the tax receipt letter.

    Since our organization covers a large region, there are many established communities with their own goals and therefore deserve their own acknowledgement.

  17. I do not understand why the tax receipt template only allows for the primary address to be chosen (as opposed to the mailing address). It would be preferable to mail out tax receipts where the address on the envelope and the address on the letter match.

  18. We like the new donation buckets. However, we realized today that unposted donations are appearing in the "Receipt" bucket. This is problematic as we may still be reviewing entered donations and another staff member sees things in the Receipt bucket thinking they need to process receipts when in reality the donations have not even been posted yet. Donations should MOVE to the receipt bucket just as they do to the POSTED bucket.

  19. Recently we held an event in which various organizations sponsored; a few requested they be issued an invoice before payment for their sponsorship could be processed. CSuite has the ability to create invoices and add payments but does not offer the ability to produce a receipt.

    It would be useful if once payment has been processed on an invoice, we had the option to produce a "Confirmation Receipt" to indicate payment has been received in full.

  20. Would it be possible to have types of tax recepts? ie, note/list which ones are for email attachments and which ones are for printing. Obviously I note in the description, but might be nice to have them sorted accordingly.
