statement date merge fields
When reworking our statement template we put the "generateddate" adjacen to "createddate" (date the fund was created) and were surprised the formats for the dates were different (see screenshot showing results). The format should be consistent.

fund statement total
We would like to be able to include a field in our fund statements that includes the fund's TOTAL grants and gifts since inception, not just a totl during that fund statement's timeframe.

Student Name, Fund Statements- Post by Payment
By using the Post by Payment process, there is no Student Name field (versus vendor or grantee name) to pull into a fund statement other than using the description field which lists fund name for every line that prints -
ex:
Mary Smith Scholarship Fund:: Doe, Jan

Fund Statement Idea
Is there a way to archive fund statements within a fund so that all four quarters in a year can be archived for previous years instead of having them all show and in five years have a list of 20 fund statements?

publish fund statements by fund, not in batch
Looking for flexibility to publish individual fund statements vs batching them all together. Or the ability to edit individual fund statements prior to publishing.

it would be nice if the fun group ID - listed which groups of funds were included in that batch.

Fund Statements need to add up
Fund statements currently do not have to add up. They only include g/l accounts that you have selected to include in the templates. We had a transfer that didn't go through the P&L and therefore the fund statement didn't add up and we didn't get an error message. It's not possible to recalculate every single fund statement so there really needs to be an error message if the statement doesn't total up correctly.

Fund Statements - Flexibility for manual Statements
It would save time to have the option to run all sub-fund statements separately for a master fund so the user is not required run each fund statement separately.
Have the ability to change the statement template for manual statements.

Batch Fund Statement Selections
Currently when a fund statement batch is created you are given the option to filter based on fund groups. Could you please add the ability to choose specific Funds to create a fund statement batch for? We have Agencies who have multiple sub-funds and it would be nice to not have to manually create a fund statement 10 times.

Doubtful Pledge Allowance & Pledges Receivable Discount
Funds that are associated with a pledge have line items for Doubtful Pledge Allowance as well as Pledges Receivable Discount within fund statements. Unfortunately those values have to be manually corrected as CSuite does not generate the "hard balance" but rather inserts the JE adjustment correlating with those accounts.
It would be helpful to have CSuite pull the actual balance figure for Doubtful Pledge Allowance and Pledges Receivable Discount into fund statements versus the latter to avoid human error.

Fund Statement processing - (want counts back on main screen) and need ability to choose two criteria when selecting funds
We had used the counts to verify that we were getting the number of statements needed, now you can't see this until you are done with everything and have to open each batch to see counts. Not effective when you have another person doing the approvals.
We have multiple investment portfolios and with the change to fund statement processing it has been changed to one criteria selection. We like to keep the portfolio's separate to check that the investment return is posting accurately. consolidated fund statement or portal information for affiliate organizations
Ability to create consolidated fund statements for affiliate organizations or agencies with many funds. Or show totals of contributions and grants on the portal as well as the fund balance for all funds in the affiliate org. We have fund advisors that have a dozen or more funds, usually education foundations, that want to see totals each quarter of the details in all the funds. Not just fund balances.

fund statement list should include the Fund Group it includes
We run our statements in batches. When the batch post, in addition to listing the ID, Description, Start -end date, Published date - it would be helpful if it also listed the group and/or detail.
If we need to resend or reprint, having this information would make it easier to find the statement

fund statements
We recently migrated to CSuite and ran our first quarterly fund statements. We discovered that fund statements for any new funds we set up after the first day in that quarter did not auto-generate. Foundant confirmed that fact. So, if we set up a new fund on Apr 15 and ran fund statements for the Apr-Jun quarter, it did not auto-generate a statement. We had to identify those new funds and manually generate individual fund statements. Can this be corrected?

Profile Legal Name on Fund Statements
We list distribution history on fund statements. This lists the vendor name (ie: Example Public School Foundation). However, our profile names for nonprofits often include abbreviations to make it easier for us to find the profile (ie: Example Public School Foundation / EPSF). It would be nice if the legal name, NOT the profile name, could appear on fund statement distribution summaries.

The Ability to Separate Detail Activity for a Fund Statement
I would like to the ability to pull specific information from Detail Activity for Fund Statements. Example: Detail Activity will pull the specific Dividend Income, Realized Gain/Loss, Unrealized Gain/Loss, Grant Expense, Grant Expense - Interfund, Investment Management Fees, Administrative Fees and Credit Card Fee information. The only section that would be needed is the Credit Card Fees.
