Email Fund Statements Status
After sending email Fund Statements it would be beneficial to see within the batches if the "Sent" job was successful. The only way to see if an email statement was delivered is to view the email history within a Fund Advisors Individual profile.
14 votes- 4/30/2024: Reports: Added a new report, Undelivered Emails. This report is located in Reports > Create Reports and then in the left-side menu next to Profile Email History. This report is a report of all Bounced or Dropped emails in the system. This will allow users to easily identify the emails status and the response. This report contains the following columns: date sent, name, email history id, email, subject, status, and response.

Emailed fund statement without portal access
I would love to be able to email a fund statement to an individual without having to grant them access to the portal or a specific fund on the portal. We have a DAF fundholder who needs to receive fund statements for 3 designated funds without having those 3 funds on his portal access-- currently I'm running fund statements, but manually emailing.

Fund Advisor Portal: Ability to sort the Fund Statements
Currently, we cannot sort the order in which the fund statements appear on the individual fund screen or on the Donor Portal. As a result, the fund statements often do not list in date order. This makes it hard to find the latest statement. It would be great if the Fund Statements could be sorted to show the newest fund statement at the top.

Hide donation amounts on fund statements if fund is marked to hide amounts
If a fund is set to hide donation amounts from fund advisors, then the amounts shouldn't pull in on fund statements. So, similar to hiding scholarship awardee names on fund statements, don't allow donation amounts to show either.

Funds: Enhanced the Hide Amounts on Funds for all donations. On Fund Statements, if the Hide Amounts is enabled, the fund statement will no longer display individual donations in the foreach donation section. The total donation amount can still be displayed in the receipts section, if it is used on the fund statement template. Hide Amounts on a fund will remove the Top 10 Contributors graph from the Fund Advisor Portal, if the Show History On Portal is enabled for the fund. Contributions by year line graph will still display. Users may want to remove the donation(contributions) tab permission from the fund advisor portal.

Ability to Regenerate All File for Fund Statements
Please provide a way to regenerate the batched PDF/Word doc files after an individual fund's statement has been regenerated. We have multiple people who review fund statements before publishing and being able to regenerate the entire PDF/Word batch to save the FINAL version outside of Csuite is needed.
2 votesThere is an option in the left side menu of the fund statement batch to generate all fund statements. This can be done after reviewing and publishing your statements. If you have questions, please contact support.

Fund statements
Can you make it possible to send an email to all fund advisors when fund statements are published letting them know they have a statement to review?

5 votesIn Funds>Content there is a Fund_statement_review_email_body section. If there is content in that section, a email can be sent to fund advisors notifying them that a statement has been added to the portal. Once statements have been reviewed and published, there is a left side menu option in the fund statement group record titled Send Online Email. Selecting that option will send an email to Fund Advisors with a valid email.

generate but not print fund statements
The ability to generate but not print statements would be helpful. We end up with a number that we weed out and trash. We would like to not have to print Email statements and those where a statement preference is not selected.
1 voteThis is currently an option in CSuite. The statement type by fund advisor should accomplish this request. Set the type to paper to generate a paper copy of the fund statement. The print all option was designed for Foundations that would like to generate one copy for all funds regardless of statement type.

Add Fund Steward as a field for Fund Statement Templates
We would like to use the Fund Steward field on our Fund Statements as a specific contact for each fund holder. Our 900+ funds have been divided among 3 team members that will handle communication with the fund holders. We want to print on the statement something like - Contact Your Team Member with Questions - then list the Fund Steward name. Support told us that Fund Steward is not currently an available field to use on Fund Statements.

Fund statements
Hello, in our foundation, we would like and will save ton of time for me, that am the one who has to run the yearly fund statements. to be able to hide the amount of the Investments manager fees. But not only hide it, that amount be able to substract it from the dividend and income line. I been doing it manually since we move to foundant in 2020. Back in fims it was possible , can you considered this idea please, feel free to reach out. thank you,

Fund Statement Template Fields: add all account types
It would be very helpful if the fund statement field available for equity accounts - equity_(account number) - were available for all account types (income, expenses, assets, liabilities). We have some unique calculations that are needed for certain fund types and if we could just pull account balances from specific accounts, we would be able to do the calculations on the template. But since the various account types (except Equity) can only be displayed within their own "block", we are unable to make these calculations and therefore have to produce the statements outside of CommunitySuite.

fund statement Advisor Name
On fund statement templates, be able to pull the fund advisor name and company in a normal usage AND SALUTATION.
For example templates currently pull info like this:Doe, John
