Download Fund Advisor emails by type of funds
Currently, we can get and list of emails for all Fund Advisors. I'd like to get Advisors by type of fund. For example, I'd like the emails for DAF owners only. We also have Designated funds, Scholarship funds, and funds of our Fiscally Sponsored programs. It would be great to be able to download an Fund Advisor email list at any time for each of these types of funds.

Credit card fees posted to other fund
When processing credit card fees, paypal or other fees have the ability to charge the operating fund not just the fund receiving the donation

1099 Indicator Check Box
We often have folks who work as independent contractors in the community and may also be getting receiving a check from another one of our funds as a reimbursement for personal expenses paid. We need to be able to determine which vouchers are 1099 eligible, and which are not.

A way to mark that tributes have been sent.
It would be great if there was a way to mark when a tribute acknowledgment letter has been sent out. For example, when you are looking at a list of donations made in someone's memory/honor, add an additional column which a box for each tribute that you could click and a day/month/year box pop up. You could simply select the date when the tribute letter was mailed.

Allow Fund Advisors to export memorials
It would be cool if Fund Advisors could export more detail on their donations. For example, memorials, or recognition names or even an export of the mailing address. Currently, they can only export the following:

Budget variance report
New report that would have the whole year budget, monthly and YTD for closed months, budget to actual dollar variance, and budget to actual percentage variance.
This would be for the Admin/Operating Fund only.

When selecting the thank you letters you wish to print, it would be nice to be able to have a box to unselect all or select all.

Void Checks - Description
When voiding a check it would be great to be able to provide the explanation for the void - Lost, amount correction, etc. so that the reason for the void can follow the transaction

beneficiaries
Currently entries for beneficiaries is only based on a percentage. Could you consider adjusting this to include dollar amounts as this is what we have been doing in FIMS.

Charity Check Once a Day per Grantee
Since there is a limit on charity checks in Guidestar, it would be helpful to be able to run a charity check just once a day for a grantee if we are entering multiple grants to the same grantee instead of running it on each individual grant.

Filter reports by donation type and/or source
Client requested to have a filter option that allowed them to filter donation reports based on the type (Cash, Check, Stripe, etc.) and/or the source of the donation (online donations).

Interfund grant admin fees
We (usually) charge a fee to the fund receiving an interfund grant. Currently we have to calculate this manually and enter as a JE.

City address - other than zip code
It is very frustrating to only be able to enter a zip code rather than a city. It is important for us to distinguish between the different cities that are in our zip code. Any ideas?

Donation amount merge field has commas in it
The merge field for donation amount prints a number with no commas. This is hard to read with large numbers. It would be good to have commas in the donation amount merge field.

Exclude prefix from search feature
When a profile has a prefix listed, the search field sorts the names alphabetically using the prefix as the deciding character.
For example I may search for Sydney Jones. Sydney could be male or female with the added corresponding prefix. For this example, Ms. Sydney Jones is how the profile information is entered. If one didn't know that Sydney Jones was a female then the results displayed could potentially have four areas the name could be.
Searching for Jones profiles yields: All Jones listed in alphabetical order. Sydney's profile could appear as: Jones, Sydney; Jones, Mr. Sydney; Jones, Mrs. Sydney;…

Grant Import
It would be nice to have a more robust grant import tool. Something that would include the fund ID (so you don't have to complete separate imports per fund), description, grant type, ... basically everything that could be entered in the grant screen. The current import basically allows you to get items in the system, but then creates a second step to finish up the grant. It's not really saving much time.

Short Name : Searchable
We have quite a few funds that have SIMILAR names and are really understood best by their short name - being able to search the short name instead of typing out the fund name would be SO HELPFUL. (Currently we are only able to search in the global search field with short names)

Multiple vouchers/multiple funds -- paid by one check
When running AP, we need to be able to pay one vendor (our credit card
company) from multiple funds. Therefore, we'd like to pay 2 or more

Minimum admin fee
It would be nice if the minimum admin fee was charged each interval instead of at the end of the year. For example we charge 1.75% with a yearly minimum of $500. It would be great if we could charge a $125 minimum each quarter.

Trial balance by account number
The trial balance sorts itself by account types. I would prefer that it sorts by account number. This is more of the industry standard and makes it easier to find accounts.
