  1. Adobe Acrobat Sign supports Limited Document Visibility (LDV). This means that multiple documents can be sent for signing, but only documents that are tagged to a signer are visible to that signer. That allows you to send internal documents along with an Agreement, and then only expose the Agreement to the external parties. SmartSimple could benefit from integrating this feature.

    Right now, this is not possible because the e-signature task can only send one document as part of the workflow.

  2. As it is right now, you can select a workflow to run on each record that's returned in a report. It would be great if in the workflow you could reference the columns of the report.

    For example, you have some report that has a bunch of formulas/criteria on it and you need to send an email for each record returned by the report.

    If the workflow could reference the data in the current row by column index to populate values to the email being sent, this would open up the possibility for some interesting things as reports can be…

  3. We want to be able to connect Organization and Individual from Smartsimple to Account & Person Account from Salesforce.
    Today it is only possible to connect Contact & account. Person account is an object in Salesforce that consider an individual as Person and as an organization, which is more powerful than only use contacts. Person account is also a fusion of Contact & Accounts field in Salesforce. In an ideal world, it would be also usefull to connect Affiliation from SmartSimple to Affiliation' object in Salesforce.

  4. You can create granular filters from the Grant Manager that pull from Organization and Contact and Activity fields, but then if you want to do the same from the Organization Manager or Contact Managers, you only have access to the specific fields on those UTAs. It would be amazing to be able to have the same filter access so you could for example pull a list of all Organizations with a Grant status: Active in 2025.
