 commentedI agree that it needs to be easier for board members to access FollowUps. Could the board member dashboard have a "bucket" for recently submitted Follow-Up forms with each one having a link that takes you directly to the form? Even if board members couldn't fill out an evaluation form in Foundant, at least they could access the Follow-Up forms themselves with one click, rather than me downloading them and uploading them to Dropbox or some other place on the cloud. Also, if I have to make any changes in the FollowUp form (sometimes the uploaded table isn't formatted well or applicants ask to make changes), I wouldn't have to download another packet and re-upload it to Dropbox if they could easily access it themselves on Foundant.

 commentedThis is something our foundation has wanted Foundant to do for at least 3 years. Right now we export all grant reports and upload them to Dropbox because our Board Members who aren't administrators would have a hard time finding the grant reports. Also, there's no point in them even trying because they can't evaluate them in Foundant. Then we email out an Excel spreadsheet for each Board Member into which to enter the scores. Then I have to copy and paste all the scores into one spreadsheet and summarize. Surely Foundant could do this easily if they wanted to.  Helen Hands

I asked for this several years ago, but Foundant would never do it. If Foundant won't allow us to have a separate Evaluation stage for Follow Ups (think reports), then it should at least make it easier for Board Members to find Follow Ups on the Board Member dashboard. It would be extremely clunky for a Board Member to have to use Requests and Decisions to find a request and then the Follow Up. They should be on their Dashboard.
