    In the REAL world, the fiscal sponsor is the sponsorING org - not the sponsored.
    The sponsorED really needs to be the one that is NOT 501(c)3 and therefore needs to be sponsored by an org that IS. This does not need to be so confusing. Does it? Are there proposed solutions out there? Is there a change coming? This has been like this for more than 2 years and is causing us more and more confusion and work the longer it goes on like this. What is the whole up exactly?
