Update Time Stamps - Re-submitted Follow Ups
The submission date does not update on follow - up forms that were re-submitted after being reverted to draft status. It would be great to have the most current date of submission.

If the system provided new dates, this could be a work around to allow for cumulative progress reports. (Same report with new information added each quarter.
