Hi Michele and Pele,
Thank you both for your thoughts full feedback. We have heard this request before, and are looking at how we can make the follow accessibility and editing easier for applicants.
Do you believe increasing font size would be enough? Or do you have other thoughts on how to make this stand out to your applicants?

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are doing well! While this request has been out here for a whole we have read all of your comments are starting to dig into defining this functionality.
As move of you know we have moved to an iterative approach to development. As we do this we want to make sure that the first piece of the functionality we deliver will be useful and will deliver value. This is where I could use your help.
As look to develop this first round of tabling/grid questions or biggest questions are around reporting expectations. Once, data has been entered into the solution via grid how will you be using it? How does it need to come out of the solution.
We will be actively engaging in this conversation over the next month(s). So please chime in and keep subscribed as I will continue to post the requirements…

hi everyone,
we are currently scoping and doing back ground work to implement a simple version of budgets into your forms.
Would be able to SUM cover the majority of use cases in your tables? If yes is this just summing Columns? Do you need other actions? Tell me more here, or feel free to send examples to my email.

As a workaround in the interim have you tried previewing as applicant before grabbing the question list? I believe it excludes the internal questions. And you may have the option to export the PDF to Word (under the File menu) depending on your Adobe license.

HI Amie,
Do you have examples of workflows where paging is an issue? Are these commonly related to batch actions or other workflows?
Please let us know

Amie,
If the come in from the short link the second they click into the first field off that form it will now be on their dashboard.
If they just follow the link and then look at the form to get back to it they would either need to come back from that link or know the access code.

That is certainly a possibility. In our case, we will probably only have a handful of applicants going to our restricted process, so we will be communicating (sharing the link) directly with each one. If they use the short link and start an LOI/Application, will the form then show up on their Dashboard?

We would initially only use it during the review process and not for reporting. It would be a way to capture budgets on the application without the attachment and to avoid asking the applicant to enter the information in multiple places. As long as it shows up clearly on the print packet, that could be useful. It would be helpful to be able to subtotal sections but I realize the first iteration will be quite simple. My question, if we have to have a static number of rows/columns, can we (administrators) just allow more than applicants would need without potentially ending up with a lot of blank cells on the print packet? Another use might be to pull the question into documents prepared for board materials, but we would need to be able to edit and format it on the word document.
