copy request
Could we make the "This request was created as a copy by..." message more prominent? It would help if it jumped out at us so that we can do the required cleanup after a request has been copied.

Can you please share the message you are referring to.
Also, it would be helpful to understand the clean up need because that might give us the idea for other opportunities to make the tool easier to use.
