    Ilsa, as far as I know, assigning all of the followups was how I was trained to do it. That way they are set and I don't have to remember to ask the kids for the info we need each year

    I came to idea lab to ask something pretty similar - I don't need to see "sticky", "no rollup", etc on a note, I just want to see the note if I need to check it. The presenting circumstance is a note I set to tell me when I put a check in the mail. See attached. I guess this concept could be a whole new idea -add check field to indicate mailed. :-)

    ie, like a colored dot or highlight when there is a recurring grant due for processing, or when a donation has been made online. See attachment for my brilliant idea. ;-)
