    Ilsa, as far as I know, assigning all of the followups was how I was trained to do it. That way they are set and I don't have to remember to ask the kids for the info we need each year

    ie, like a colored dot or highlight when there is a recurring grant due for processing, or when a donation has been made online. See attachment for my brilliant idea. ;-)

    As I said, while creating an application or form. Wasn't thinking across processes, but if you find a way, I'm sure that option might be used

    Pretty self explanatory. Sometimes questions are so similar, you just need to make a little change. How frustrating to have to re-invent a wheel.
