    A rich text editor was released on 9/12/2024. Here is the release note:

    Site: Added Rich Text Editor to the email creation areas for Profiles, Grant and Scholarship documents, Invoices, grant_letter_email_body content area and Grant Catalog.

    The sending email platform is great in SLM, easy click hyperlinked email address to send, formattable, images insertable, etc... would be so nice to have similar in CSuite

    You could download the pdf packets of completed follow ups from the batch option in followups complete tab and then send in an email?

    This just released today..This should help with the reporting.

    6/11/2025:Custom Reports: Added a new "CC Fee Donation" boolean field to donation reports. This enhancement allows users to easily identify and filter donations where credit card fees were covered. The field is now available as both a report column and a filter option, offering more flexibility when customizing donation reports.

    ie, like a colored dot or highlight when there is a recurring grant due for processing, or when a donation has been made online. See attachment for my brilliant idea. ;-)
