The sending email platform is great in SLM, easy click hyperlinked email address to send, formattable, images insertable, etc... would be so nice to have similar in CSuite

Circling back - profiles in Csuite can have a picture, so I may start adding the ones I have to their profiles over there. It's something. Who knows how/if/when I'll use, but they'll be there.

Just adding a comment so maybe the folks behind the curtain will take notice. I whole heartedly agree! I just today thought to add to the documents tab once we get them from the kids, at least a little easier than digging thru every application or followup.

I think the rich text space needs some improving overall as well. There is no undo option. The formatting gets so messed up at times, and then I try to ho into the html to fix, but that often makes it worse or clears any formatting.

Right here with you on this one! Engaging visuals/graphics and platform is key (on both sides dare I day). Obviously, we all have the sweet older folks who just don't do computers, but for the rest, and to grow the group who do, this kind of upgrade is very important I think.

FULL AGREEMENT!!! You have the tech for tribute gift notices (even tho it's in a template and not the body of an email which is where it should be)

That's a whole different module I would think. I've worked in software that has a donor portal/account built in so they can always access their activity. NetworkForGood, of course, that's my broken record reference from my non profit days.

Great idea!! If you have a lot all of them listed one lane vertically would get cumbersome. I've made an effort to brand and make noticeable with graphics and colored text on our public apply page https://www.grantinterface.com/Process/Apply?urlkey=acfscholar

Would be great if we could have an attachment option in a donation entry like you have set for a voucher entry. Our practice is to scan the donation check to the record. Would be great to do right there instead of after the entry and clicking attach file on the left. Could clean that left side up some too.
