Multiple contacts for Organizations
It would be helpful if we could enter multiple contacts for an organization based on the inquiry (director, grants, treasurer, etc.). As of now, we either have to put additional contacts in a note or create multiple profiles for the same organization in order to have multiple contacts.

When creating an organization profile, it would be nice to be able to add more than one contact person. Up to 3 would be ideal. Also, would be nice to deactivate a contact, rather than delete them.

SKYE and HOLLY - If you're going to pursue this idea, be aware that adding any additional addresses, emails, phone, etc to an Org profile will 100% prevent accurate mapping from GLM. So please test thoroughly - or better yet, fix the incredibly fragile map requirements from GLM!! We have to delete data frequently just to get grants mapped over to CSuite (mostly caused by the person submitting the request/attached to the grant not being the person represented on the profile, though still an employee of that org - i.e. the Grant Writer vs the ED), and then we either have to repopulate that data afterwards or simply say, "Oh, well! Lost that data!"

This would be particularly helpful when sending out grants. Right now, the contact name is added to the address in the grant letter. A lot of the time, the contact for communications is different than the person who receives the check. Larger non-profits have different departments and the check may float around a while or get lost trying to get to the right department.

Organization Profiles need more than one contact name field. Would like to see at least room for 3 contacts.

We have some organizations that have 50+ profiles because of this issue, most of which are no longer relevant. We should be able to have one profile for each organization and then link an individual account to each gift/action so it doesn't have to create a new (organization) profile each time we're working with someone new from that company. There could even be a list of these individual contacts where it could list "current" or a date range, so you know who is still active within the company.

We should be allowed to add more than one main contact to organizations. Having this would allow us to see all of our contacts and their titles for an organization on one screen.
