text communication to student applicants
I'm on a call with several scholarship managers, several of whom use foundant and we want to be able to communicate with students via text for reminding them about applications, followups, etc... What a difference that would make!

Has there been any traction on this at all? We have been having horrible luck emailing students and people are using their personal cell phones to text them and that's not ideal. Thanks, hope it gets off the ground!

Separate from CSuite, but you can set up a Google Voice number associated with your work email address and use that to text students (from a number different than your personal cell number). You can text from your computer or the Google Voice app. You will also get an email when a student responds so you don't have to constantly check for notifications.

YES!!! It is almost impossible to get a student to answer a phone call, but they respond to text immediately!

This would be an amazing feature to add! Email or telephoning doesn't always work with this population.
